About thirty minutes later (her curiosity got the better of her) Angelina sat on a bench at a park and spotted a tall, red-haired figure walking towards her.

"Wow," he said as he approached, "You make me feel underdressed." She glanced down at her outfit. She hadn't bothered to change before coming and was still wearing her dress from the interview. It was a purple, velvety thing with thin straps. Thinking back, she probably should've changed since it was winter and she was freezing. George noticed her discomfort.

"Here, take my jacket," he said, shrugging it off.

"I'm fine," she snapped, shivering. He chuckled.

"No, you're not. Just take it, I have an extra sweatshirt."

"Thanks," she said begrudgingly. "So, explain." He told her everything that had happened, from when he started seeing Fred to when he called her.

"Bloody hell!" she yelled when he finished.

"Couldn't have said it better myself," said George, leaning back against the bench.

"So, why are you telling me this?" she asked.

"Well, after I summoned Fred he told me to call you. Also, you're brilliant, so I figured that you and Hermione together would be unstoppable," he explained.

"Yeah, I'll talk to her," Angelina responded breathlessly. There were a couple of minutes of awkward silence. "So, you really weren't just using me for my money?"

"No," he laughed. "I'm not exactly up-to-date on things. I didn't even know that you were famous!"

"Really?" she asked, incredulous.

"Really!" he exclaimed. "What do you do?"

"I'm, erm, a Chaser for the Chudley Cannons."

"Really?" George's face lit up. "Angelina, that's awesome! I was afraid it was something boring!"

"Yup," she said awkwardly and scratching her ear. "Well, I'd better go. To talk to Hermione and try to sort things out." George's face fell.

"Oh, okay," he said, crestfallen. She went to take off his jacket to give it back to him. "That's okay," said George, "You can keep it." She thanked him and walked out of the park, heart beating faster than she would have liked. Perhaps he could be forgiven eventually after all.
