I followed her, and she said,
"Caramel... aren't you going to change out of your pajamas?"

"Right," I said, and frantically ran inside and started throwing on clothes. I brushed my teeth and then quickly grabbed my pair of red Converses and went to the car.

As we drove, Honey sang with the radio.

"Oo! I like this song!" she said, turning up the volume.

All the life she has seen
All the meaner side of me
They took away the prophet's dream
For a profit on the street

Now she's stronger than you know
A heart of steel starts to grow

All his life he's been told
He'll be nothing when he's old
All the kicks and all the blows
He won't ever let it show

'Cause he's stronger than you know
A heart of steel starts to grow

When you've been fighting for it all your life
You've been struggling to make things right
That's how a superhero learns to fly
Every day, every hour, turn the pain into power

When you've fighting for it all your life
You've been working every day and night
That's how a superhero learns to fly
Every day, every hour, turn the pain into power

Oh-oh, oh, oh
Oh-oh, oh, oh

All the hurt, all the lies
All the tears that they cry
When the moment is just right
You see fire in their eyes

'Cause he's stronger than you know
A heart of steel starts to grow

When you've been fighting for it all your life
You've been struggling to make things right
That's how a superhero learns to fly
Every day, every hour, turn the pain into power

When you've fighting for it all your life
You've been working every day and night
That's how a superhero learns to fly
Every day, every hour, turn the pain into power (power, power, power, power, power)

(Power, power, power, power)
Every day, every hour turn the pain into power
(Power, power, power, power)

(Power, power, power, power)
Every day, every hour turn the pain into power

She's got lions in her heart
A fire in her soul he's a got a beast
In his belly that's so hard to control
'Cause they've taken too much hits, taking blow by blow
Now light a match, stand back, watch them explode

She's got lions in her heart
A fire in her soul he's a got a beast
In his belly that's so hard to control
'Cause they've taken too much hits, taking blow by blow
Now light a match, stand back, watch them explode

Oh, yes (power, power, power, power)
Every day, every hour, turn the pain into power
(Power, power, power, power) Ooh, yeah
Whoa (power, power, power, power)
Every day, every hour, turn the pain into power

When you've been fighting for it all your life
You've been struggling to make things right
That's how a superhero learns to fly

{A/N that was Superheroes by The Script btw}

The song was over and we arrived at SFIT. I slowly got out while Honey smiled widely and pranced up the steps.

"Another great day with things to do!" she sang, throwing open the door.

I rolled my eyes and followed.

I had to run to keep up with Honey and we went through the twisting and turning hallways.

I was out of breath by the time we reached "The Nerd Lab," as my sister calls it.

I walked in and looked around for Hiro, but the only other person in the room was Gogo.

"Hey Gogo!" my sister said, walking to her station and putting on safety goggles. She was probably getting ready to blow up something.

Gogo was sitting on a bean bag, popping her gum, looking more - how do I put this - grumpy than usual.

"What's wrong?" I asked.

"My boyfriend just dumped me," she said, shrugging and blowing a bubble.

"Oh my god! What happened?! Are you okay?!" said Honey, running over, until something exploded behind her. She held up her finger, smiled nervously, and said,
"I'll be right back."

She ran off, and I walked over to Gogo, sitting on the floor.

"You okay?" I asked, concerned.

"Yeah. I guess. I dunno. I just thought he was different from other guys you know?"

"Yeah, I understand. How'd you react?"

"I beat him up," she said nonchalantly.

My jaw dropped down and my eyebrows went up.

"Only because he insulted me, you guys, and our school. And also because he was leaving me for some stupid girl Julie. Ugh. Julie. Hate that name!"

I shrugged and decided to let her cool off. Sure, it wasn't good for her to beat him up, but still, she was defending us.

Hiro walked in, and said,
"Let's get down to business."

{a/n anyone wanna comment a name for this chapter? I was out of ideas}
