"I'm forever and ever in love with you."
𝐓𝐬𝐮𝐤𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐦𝐚 wasn't one for affection . You knew that . You also knew that he loved you . He may not say it ,but he tries to show you anytime he can by holding your hand or something . But something your friend said the other day really set you on edge .
Flashback
"(Y/N) ?" Your friend had asked as you were walking to school one morning " Why are you dating tsukishima ?" They asked looking at you for a reaction .
" I love him and he loves me " You paused looking at them with a soft smile " Easy as that "
"Are you sure? Because whenever I see you guys together it always looks well- one sided " She tried to say gently as she lowered the tone in her voice when a look of confusion rested on your face
"I can't say I understand " You lied looking back in front of you, hoping get out of this conversation as quickly as possible.
"You know what I mean Y/N " She said taking one last look at your face before changing the subject "I'll see you later dork" She waved and smiled as she walked away heading to her morning practice . Leaving you to think about what she said .
I mean tsukki did love you .

That conversation brought you to where you are today . Sitting on a park bench with your boyfriend , about to ask him if he did .
He appeared to be at peace. The two of you both sat down and didn't touch each other because you both knew something was wrong. Both eyes were looking ahead, watching a cute older couple feed the ducks together.
"What's wrong idiot " The blonde spoke up without even looking at you . Trying to think of the right way to talk, you've shifted positions to look at him.
"Tsukki" You hesitated "Do you even love me ?" You looked down at your hands in your lap , not seeing the super shocked face he put on .
"You sound stupid " he scoffed looking over to see you looking down and on the brink of tears . He sighed trying to think of what to say . "I love you, you know that ," he said, he put a finger under your chin trying to make you look at him, but he just caused pain when he saw the tears stream down your face.
"I love you, and you only love me sometimes." you said wiping your face with one of your hands while grabbing his hand with the other to get him off your face.
He seemed taken aback by your words and actions so he just sat back and looked at you . You couldn't bear to keep looking at his eyes so you looked back down at your hands.
" I am always loving you " You said with a cracking a little " but you seem like you don't " You continued fiddling with the end of your sweater.
"You really are an idiot aren't you ?" Your boyfriend growled causing you to look back up to his eyes that weren't filled with shock anymore , but of many emotions . Fear, pain ,and love. "You are the best thing that has ever happened to me you know?" He said grabbing your hand gently. " I love you y/n, more than you ever know. And i'm sorry that it looks like I don't.I'm just not used to it " He whispered,"I never want you to feel like I don't love you." He finished reaching his hand up to wipe the tears off your face , but not before hesitation.
"I'm sorry tsukki." You leaned into his touch as he cupped your face "I don't know where this came from, it was just something (friend name ) said "
"I know, she said the same thing to me the other day " He chuckled lightly pulling you closer to him .
"WHAT?" You yelled causing him to flinch
"Keep your voice down shrimp." He groaned looking down at you and pressing a kiss on your forehead causing you to freeze as your face turned cherry red .
"w-what was that for ?" You asked looking up at him seeing his signature smirk
"Its me being more loving, " He said "don't get used to it ."
