Ch.9

"So how long have you and Potter been friends, Deku?" Ochaco asked.

"She is my childhood friend like Kacchan, but she was nicer," Izuku said with a nerves smile.

"Wait you guys meet potter?" Kirishima asked jump in the conversation.

"Wait Kirishima, you meet Y/n?" Izuku asked.

" If you mean the Girl with H/c hair and E/c eyes, then yeah. Bakugou introduced us," Kiri answered with a smile.

"we meet her and her friends before the sports festival even started," He added.

Izuku stared at the ground with a sad frown.

'Kacchan knew was here and there to greet her. And were was I, focusing on the festival. But I will see her off like I promised' Izuku thought to himself.

"Hey Midoriya," Shout called from around the cornor.

Izuku excused himself and made his way over to Shouto. Though it didn't go unnoticed by Bakugou. They found a secluded spot and stood in silence for a good while. Till Shouto asked,

"Midoriya you now Potter well right?" Shouto asked.

"Y-yes," 

"What is she? Is she a villain?" Shouto asked bluntly.

"N-no, She's not a villain," Izuku defended.

"So what is she. A couple hours ago My father tried to attack her say something about how her kind doesn't belong," Shouto informed him.

" WHAT!!" Izuku asked in shock.

"I don't know the entire story but he did say he didn't like her kind. So do you know what he could be referring too?" Shouto asked again.

"T-th-, I don't really know. She seems normal  too me," Izuku lied.

"Hmm," Was all he said as he thinking to himself. "My Father called her a Witch. Is he referring to her quirk?"

"Can't be, s-she's quirkless," Izuku lied again.

"Then I guess you don't know her as well as you thought you did," Shouto said bluntly as he left.

Once out of sight Izuku sighed a breath of relief as he slowly slide down the wall. But chuckled slightly.

"You have no Idea," Izuku said to no one in particular.

After The sports festival Izuku managed to slip away from his class and found Y/n and her friends. They were getting ready to mount their rides back to their school.

"Y/n!" Izuku called out as Y/n and Bakugou turned to face him. "Kacchan, your here too?"

"What are you doing here Deku?" Bakugou asked with a sharp glare.

"I-I came too see Y/n off," Izuku stuttered.

"I'm glad your both here," Y/n smiled as she hugged her friends.
