Chapter 2

LUNCH

"Jen, over here!" Lisa calls out, waving eagerly to catch Jennies attention. Jennie finally spots her, a smile spreading across her face as she weaves through the crowd to join the group.

"Guys, this is Jennie. The one I was telling you about, have a seat." Lisa says patting the chair right beside her.

"Hello, Jennie. I'm Irene, so nice to meet you!" She says warmly, giving a little bow.

"I still can't believe the principal has a daughter. It was such a surprise" They smile at eachother, the atmosphere easy and welcoming .

"Also meet, Rose and Jisoo."
Lisa says, pointing toward them. The two girls waving with bright smile, chiming in.

"Hi, Nice meeting you all" Jennie says offering a small smile. Her eyes linger on Lisa a moment longer than other, her tone a little warmer when she looks at her.

Sensing the slight tension, lisa quickly tries to shift the mood.

"I-uhm. Anyway, what's your next class? I've got gym." She says glancing at Jennie with a hopeful grin.

"Sucks, me and Rose has science I hate it"
Irene respond, leaning back on her chair after she just ate.

"I've got art today"
Jisoo says as she eats her food, also giving some to rose who was begging.

"What about you jennie?" Lisa asks, Jennie who had been quietly sitting back and watching the others chat. She blinks as if pulled from her thoughts,  her gaze softens as it lands on lisa.

"Gym..But atleast your there Lisa-yah. I'm much happier"
Jennie says, locking eyes with lisa letting a small genuine smile flip through.

"You've got a nice smile." Lisa says breaking eye contact with her before turning back to chat with her friends.

GYM

"Alright everyone, go change up." The teacher shouted, and they all shuffled to their designated changing rooms.

Lisa was the first to come outc, scanning the room for the others. Her mind kept drifting to Jennie, and what she said earlier. She couldn't shake the feeling left behind it.

She's glad, she was able to meet another person to befriend.

Now she's wondering what it'd be like being classmates with her. It seems nice, and hopefully be able to have her in their friend group.

Lisa POV

A few minutes later , Jennie came out. Damn. I have to be honest, she is really beautiful..sexy even. Not gonna lie, this seems like pure luck.

And honestly? I think i'd be glad to accept it. I meant it probably wouldn't be that bad, just help her with tutor and keep an eye on her. Simple.

Lost in her thoughts, Lisa didn't notice Jennie standing right infront of her., softly calling her name.

"Lisa..?"
Jennie said quietly, her calm voice pulling lisa back in the moment.

"Oh uh yeah? Sorry I just-" Lisa gets cut off, she was lost in her thoughts.

"Everyone gather around!!"
The teacher yells and interrupted the two from talking, they left the benches and they all gathered around.

They were told to run laps, which lis hated the most at. But there's no other choice. I mean like- the Lalisa Manoban is fast, so it's no problem.
