RIPNAMI TIME!! (Part 2!) An EGGtraordinary Surprise!

Oh, back so soon? I didn't expect you here again, well welcome back! You came at the right time actually, Tsunami is going to tell Riptide something very importantey.

"RIPTIDE!!!!" A voice yelled. Riptides ears perked up.

"YES??" He called back.

"RIPTIDE!!!!!!" The voice yelled again.

"YESSS????????" He answered again.

A pause of silence....

"RIPTIDE!!!!!!" The voice screamed louder. Okay now he was getting irritated.

"YES?!" He bellowed looking up and tilting his head towards the voice of his mate.

"GET YOUR BLUE FAT TAIL IN HERE!!!! NOW!!!" The voice responded, finally hearing him.

Riptide rolled his eyes, he loved his mate and all but she could get annoying.

He let go of the fish he was slicing and walked over to their cave.

"You called?" He asked, showing a little annoyed expression as he was standing near the cave door opening. Tsunami looked up at him, she looked as if she was crying.

Riptides face immediately shifted to a worried one and he rushed to her.

"T-TSUNAMI?! ARE YOU OKAY?!" He yelled, his eyes filled with panic.

"I'm fine squid-brain." Tsunami responded, her voice quiet, quivering, and strained.

"Tsunami I know you, your voice is never soft. What's wrong princess?" Riptide said, trying to comfort her in some way.

Tsunami looked at his eyes, her green eyes piercing his dark blue ones.

"Riptide..." she spoke, tears looking as if they were filling her eyes like the sea with a tide pool. "I'm pregnant...".

Riptides eyes widened in shock and he didn't say a thing. Sure they did 'it' but he never expected that to happen on the first time!

Tsunami took his silence as disappointment and disgust. She growled and wiped the tears from her eyes away.

"I get it. I'm not good for you, aren't I?" She hissed, struggling to get up. She lightly whimpered but replaced it with a deep growl as she jumped to her feet. She turned to her mate, he just started at her. Tsunami turned away and started to walk away.

"Princess!! Please, wait!!" He pleaded. Tsunami stopped and turned her head slightly.

"What." She spat, hate and hurting laced in her voice.

Riptide winced at her tone. He walked over to her and hugged her.l and she flinched in surprise.

"Tsunami, you're much much much more than good enough for me..." he spoke, unknowingly sending a flood of emotions and tears down his mates face as she listened and hugged him back. "And if anything, I'm not good enough for an amazing dragoness like you. That's a princess for crying out loud!". Tsunami suddenly pulled back from him and kissed him. Riptide was surprised but didn't complain, and kissed back.

"You are good enough for me, squidbrain." She told him, smiling a genuine smile. Not the 'HA IM RIGHT BIAOTCH.' or her 'IM IN CHARGE. IN YOUR FACE KESTREL.' smile. An actual genuine smile. That quickly changed though.

"You're also right, an amazing dragoness that's a princess." She said, winking at him. He rolled his eyes and laughed. He loved his mate, and now he was going to have a family with her. Wait...

"IM A DAD????" He half yelled. This time Tsunami rolled her eyes.

"Whose else's would it be squidbrain?" She sarcastically asked. It didn't seem to register in Riptides mind though. "Yes you are a dad Riptide."

"I AM?!" He yelled excitedly. Tsunami growled.

"I said that already!!!" She yelled again, getting irritated.

Riptide suddenly hoisted her up by her hips and started to spin her around. This caused Tsunami to squeak in surprise, this also cause Riptide to laugh because The Tsunami has NEVER squeaked before especially in front of him. After spinning her around he brought her back down to his snout and kissed her, in which Tsunami gladly kissed back to.

Timeskip to a Few Months

Riptide was currently was talking to Tsunami's siblings. And Tsunami was in her room.

"RIPTIDE!!!!!!" A voice screamed. It was Tsunamis, and it had pain in it.

Her siblings looked scared and worried, they wanted to go check on their sister but was unsure. And knew if it was something important Riptide would tell them.

And Riptide? Well Riptide was there in like 3 seconds flat. And she was atleast 120 feet away.

"TSUNAMI?! ARE YOU OKAY?!" Riptide asked, scared from her screaming.

Tsunami was laying down and her wings were outstretched bigger then usual. She looked up at him tiredly and smiled, moving her wing aside.

It was their dragonets egg....

Not only did he have an egg, it looked like a twins egg. The egg was silver with swirls of turquoise that faded to deep blue.

Riptide leaned down and scooped the tired Tsunami into a hug, and felt her smile under his chin. He looked over at his egg, and felt himself start to cry. Riptide kissed Tsunamis forehead and hugged her tighter.

"I can't- I can't breath- Riptide." Tsunami choked out. Riptide immediately let go and apologized.

After a few more months, the eggs were almost ready to hatch. They had found out they were in fact twins, and female and male.

Tsunami decided that the girl would be named Tidalwave.

And Riptide named the male Sandollar.

After they were hatched, you could immediately tell that they got their parents personality's. Tidalwave got her mother's love for being bossy, that everyone must understand her, and that's why she likes land better then water ironically.

Sandollar got his fathers nervousness, looks, and patience. Unlike his mother and sister, he got patience naturally. Not a teaching moment kind of thing, he got it when he was born/hatched.

The day of their dragonets 3rd birthday, they showed them the role their mother and father had in the SandWing War. They thought of their parents as heroes. And grew up knowing their mother as the boss and the infamous SeaWing from the prophecy and their father as a big help to Tsunami and her friends.

As they grew they strived to be in a great prophecy and the future T.o.P leader.

Once those dragonets were born, Tsunami and Riptide had their hearts and lives completed once more...

Damn that seemed cheesy 😂. Anyway, there we go! I finally got motivation to finish another oneshot so thank @ClarieTheDog (hopefully that's tagged again) for this one! (I have like 7 drafts Rn to finish omfg-) I hope you enjoyed the squeal to Ripnami, and just so you know I won't have a request page for now. So just comment on any random story ya like (plz no spamming tho, I get enough of that from my friends already ;-;). Again, I hope you enjoyed!! And tell me if I messed up on something, cuz I'm too tired to read this it's 4 am where I am-
