Part 2 - Arriving in New York

Hoya POV

I must have been more tired than I thought, because I was shocked when I found myself kissing HwaYi. I know the guys did this, because I could hear them chuckling. I couldn't help but blush at the situation. I mean, I'm not one to go around kissing people. That aside, her lips were very soft. I almost wish I could kiss her again just so that I could feel their touch once more.

Once we all climbed out of the van, the stylist came over and ambushed us. Looks like they came to steal our fan away.

HwaYi POV

When we arrived in New York, I was asleep. How I fell asleep on Hoya's lap, I don't know. Although I was very surprised when I woke up, because the other members decided to play a little trick on us. They had noticed that both Hoya and I were asleep, so they gently positioned our heads so that we would be kissing when we woke up.

Needless to say, we both were blushing when we realized what was going on. The guys got a chuckle out of it, but I was very embarrassed by the whole situation and I think Hoya was too.

We climbed out of the van and were ambushed by a few women.

"Is this her?" One of the women asked.

"Yes" Sunggyu replied.

The women walked over to me and smiled, then one of them hooked her arm around mine and they started dragging me away from the guys.

"Where are we going?" I asked.

"Shopping!" They shouted in excitement.

"But I really can't afford to" I nervously said.

"That's okay" one of them smiled.

Is she crazy? New York shopping is expensive!

"Don't worry" another woman said when she noticed the concern on my face. "The company is paying for this trip."

"Oh" I said with a nod as they continued dragging me away. It was only now that I realized that the guys had brought me to New York directly from work and I didn't get a chance to go home and pack for this trip.

After hours and hours of shopping, the girls were finally satisfied with what we had bought. We returned to the hotel and the guys pulled me into their suite to explain what would be happening.

"So, we get to have a bit of a break here in New York" Sunggyu began explaining. "We have seven free days before our concert, so you will be spending one day with each of us" he smiled his hamster smile and I couldn't help but smile back.

"We've already decided which days each of us gets to spend with you, so we hope you don't mind" Myungsoo smiled.

"That's okay" I smiled back.

"Good" Myungsoo said. "Tomorrow you'll be with me. Dress warm for tomorrow. It's supposed to be cold out."

"Okay." I paused for a moment before asking "Where are we going?"

"It's a surprise" he smiled his goofy smile.

"Since this is the first time we get to spend time like this, we get to decide where we want to go" Sungjong commented.

"So, we want to be able to surprise you a little" Woohyun acted greasy.

"Oh" I nodded my head. I guess it would be fine to go along with this. After all, it is their break and they should get to see and do what they want. "Well, I should go and put my things away. Good Night!" I waved and then returned to my room with all the shopping bags in my hand.

I quickly put everything away and then looked at the clock. "2 am?" I whispered to myself. I should really get some sleep, but I wasn't tired because of the nap I took in the van earlier. I guess I could go for a walk in the gardens. They are supposed to be really beautiful.

I grabbed my key card and went downstairs to the gardens. They really were beautiful, even in the dark. I was looking up at the night sky when I heard someone call my name. I turned around and was surprised to see "Hoya?" I chuckled nervously "You surprised me. What are you doing here?"

"Couldn't sleep" he smiled awkwardly. "What about you?"

I smiled "I couldn't sleep too. Plus I love looking at the stars!"

"Mind if I join you?" he asked.

"Not at all" I smiled back.

We stood in silence for what seemed like eternity. It was really awkward. Suddenly I felt a cold wind blew by and I decided that it was probably best to go back to my room.

"It's getting kind of late. I'm going to head back" I said as I turned to face him. "It was nice hanging out with you" I smiled.

I could tell he was surprised by my comment. "Yeah, it is kind of late. I'll walk you to your room."

"Okay" I smiled, but I still felt weird.

We walked back inside and he escorted me to my room in silence. He could at least try and make conversation! I guess he really is shy around new people.

We got to my room and I said "Thank you for walking me back Hoya."

"No problem" he smiled shyly.

"I'll see you later. Bye" I waved as I opened my door and went inside.

"Bye" he replied as he watched me close the door.

I breathed a sigh of relief as I crawled into my bed to relax. As nice as it was to be able to stand next to him, it was so awkward. I wish he would have talked a bit more.

After thinking about our little encounter for a little longer, I rolled over and closed my eyes.

Hoya POV

After napping in the van earlier, I had a difficult time falling asleep. Granted we do try to rest and sleep any chance we get. I decided that I would take a walk in the gardens, hoping that it would help me sleep.

I was surprised when I saw HwaYi walking into the gardens too. I must admit, it was nice to see her again.

I really wish it was easier for me to talk to people. It seems really awkward just standing here looking at the stars. Thankfully she broke the silence, but it was only so that she could leave. I must admit, she was right though. It had gotten pretty chilly. I walked her back too her room and then went to bed as well.
