How Many Times

Amy POV

Today I'm meeting up with Carter at a cafe. We haven't seen each other in a while so it'd really exciting.

I open the door and walk into the cafe. As I take more steps I look around and eventually I found Carter sitting alone on a 2 person table. I make my way over to him and greet him. He simply waves but of course I brush it off. He must be a little bit moody because it's earlier than he usually wakes up. I take a seat and look opposite him.
"Hey what's up" I say with glee in my face
"Amy. I-"
"what's wrong" I intertwine my hand into his
He removes them. Now I'm nervous.
"I'm just gonna come out and say it. I met someone else. I feel like she's the one for me and I hope you can understand. You'll find love too but it isn't me. I'm sorry"

There's not even words. I just feel my heart crack again and again in my chest. I can't take it but I hold it in.
"Yes I understand"
"thank you. I'm sure you'll find the perfect guy for you"
"I kinda got to meet Piper she said she has important news so I gotta go" I say backing up and walking to the door.
"OK by-"
I shut the door so I don't hear the rest of what he has to say. I open my car door with tears in my eyes.
Is there's something wrong with me?
It seems like any time I believe I find love it blows up in my face. I've only ever had 3 boyfriends and they all left me for diffrent people. 4 if you count Henry.
It just seems like I'm always the other girl.

As I ignite the car I head to the one person that knew how to deal with heart break.

I park in thier garage because I know they won't mind.
"What's up Amy"
"morning Noah. Is Richelle here?"
"yeah she's inside. Come in"

Noah walks me into thier living room. It's basically the same as at Henry's house and it's even in the same neighbourhood just a few blocks away.
Richelle walks down the stairs in a ponytail and a crop top.
"Hey Amy what's up"
"I need your advice"
"with what?" she asks sitting down opposite me
"Carter broke up with me"
"What?! why?"
"he found someone else..." I look at the floor embaressed
"oh Amy" she hugs me then goes to get me a drink from her kitchen

She returns with a steaming hot tea for me and one for herself. She's also carrying several cookies in a platter.
"Look. Amy I know how you're feeling. You probably feel like your worthless and no one loves you but you have to think differently. We all love you. Your an amazing girl and you can do anything you want. You'll find that special someone your young don't even worry about it right now. Just focus on you"
"that's exactly how I'm feeling. I'm just thinking love isn't for me"
"you only messed up Henry. Everyone else it was thier fault so think of it this way. Your not the problem"
"your right. I need to be less hard on myself"
"eaactly. Just relax"
We decide to watch some TV to take our minds off stuff.

Halfway through the show piper texts me to meet up at a restaurant not too far away from Richelles house. It's an A troupe meeting.
"we have an A troupe meeting?" I tell Richelle half confused
"uh yeah it's at a pizzaria like a few minutes away. What's the time?"
"1. Its in half an hour"
"OK we might aswell get ready"

Richelle goes to do her makeup and I freshen up too. Noah was ready ages ago so now he's just scrolling on his phone waiting on the couch. By the time I'm out Richelle grabbed her purse and walked down the stairs. I get in my car and they get in there's and I follow thier car the whole way to the destination.

We get to the restaurant and I park next to a car. When I get out they also get out and I realise its Lola and Ozzy.
"Hey guys what's up" I say hugging them both
"nothing much. Do you know why they called the meeting?" Ozzy asks
"nope"
"it must be exciting!" Lola says jumping up and down
I laugh and we walk inside. When we get there all of A troupe is there sat down talking to one another. I take a seat at the end of the table.
"so who called the meeting?" Piper asks
"I did" Jacquie says
"oh what's up?" Finn asks
"Well it's big big news" Jacquie says making me intrigued. The suspense is building up by the second.
"well guys. We're gonna be parents" Henry says clamly.
I'm shocked. There so young but they're having a baby already? Of course I'm happy for them I mean they're bringing life into the world. I don't know if I can ever do that.
"well we don't know the gender or anything yet but we have to decide God parents. Considering Jacquie wants 3 kids and I also want 3 we will probably have 3. The god mother for this child is... Amy. And the god father is... Finn" Jacquie exclaims.
Everyone claps for us and Finn is like super happy. He's dancing in his seat and asking questions. Im so happy too that I'm a god parent now. I'm gonna treat it like its my own child.
"anyways you guys hungry?" Aaron asks us. We all decide to order. Everything was perfect. There's not another group I'd want to be with right now.
