RWBY: The Heathers

Chapter 18

After Yang and her teammates tried finding Ruby that morning, she was nowhere to be found. Jaune tired to avoid them all day until Yang Caught him under the stands of the pep rally. He handed it to her, "I'm so sorry Yang. They even took her. I felt to guilty to face you."

Yang took Ruby's pajamas and looked at them, "You should have."

Yang hunned Ruby's cloths and sat down. She showed them to the rest of the team and they all were silent as the crowd roared during the event. Half an hour later, everyone heard a boom and went outside to see what it was. She heard some of her classmates ask, "Is that Ruby?"

She shoved her way to the beginning of the crowd and saw Ruby. It WAS!! She jumped for Joy and Ran to her sister and hugged her, "RUBY"

Ruby hugged her back, "YANG!!!!"

The rest of Ruby's friends group hugged her. Qrow came out and saw Ruby, all dirty and beaten up. Ruby looked at him and she grouped away from her sister and friends. She hugged him and he hugged her back. He spoke, "Ruby, we were so worried."

"I'm so sorry, Uncle Qrow," Ruby replied.

"It's a miracle she made it back," Jaune lied.

"Actually, I was dragged back here. My kidnapper had a bomb and I managed to fight him off before it exploded with him in the yard."

"Come to my office," Professor Ozpin showed up, "We will talk about this now. You too Jaune since you are a witness."

The two followed him and explained to him the lie of the story. They described Randy to be the witness and they were later released. When Ruby left the office, she saw Heather Blue walking towards her.

She saw Ruby, "You look like you came from hell."

Ruby stopped in front of her, "That's because I just got back."

Ruby took Heather Brooks's Red Bandanna from Heather's Hair and tied it to her belt. Jaune and Ruby high fived as they continued down the hall. Ruby spotted Catlin and waved to her, "Hey Catlin! My date for the prom flacked out on me and I think Jaune might take Weiss! Are you doing anything that night?Go as friends together or stay in! Rent some new release and pop some snacks?"

"I'd like that," Catlin replied, "Mabye your friends would want to join too!"

"If they don't end up going, I know they'll wanna hang with you! Besides, after your face heals up, you'll be at the center of your beauty like you always were before your accident!"

Catlin lit up and the two walked off down the hall as Professor Ozpin announced school to be canceled.
