"Dong! Dong! Dong!. Its time to wake up, bubby. Dong! Do-"
"Okay. I get it I'm waking up. Thank you, now go" I said as I pulled the thick blankets off my body.
My sister could be so annoying sometimes. She always woke me up in the morning. My mother had given her that task, she is my alarm. My own personal human alarm clock. The name? 'Jane, The Personal Alarm Clock'. It was as early as seven, but in the Vale Mansion everybody was always punctual.
Except me.
Sleeping was my escape from this world. But since I was a student, I had to get up and face reality.
Dad had secured a job as Mr Vale's personal assistant in his business trips, so we were staying in the Vale mansion. It is a very big mansion, the interior is old fashioned but very beautiful.
Each room has a large king sized bed with a walk-in closet, bathroom and another room which can be used as a study room. Mrs Vale and her son, Ryan, were the only two Vales living in the mansion at the moment the other Vales were scattered across the globe.
There were Mr Vale's brothers; John, who was staying in the States with his wife and three kids, Phillip in Africa with his wife and two kids and Robert in Australia and not yet married. Mr Vale also had two sisters who were also married.
The non-Vales staying in the Vale Mansion were my father who was with Mr Vale on of his business trips at the moment, my mother, my brother, my sister and I. Selena Dyne and her parents along with three other maids and four menservants stayed in the west side of the mansion.
I loved school. My grades were perfect and I had a scholarship. I loved my teachers and my classmates. But I had problems. I had bullies. David,Amos and Gideon were my bullies. They loved bullying weaker people. You would think they being named after people from the Bible and all, that they would be empathetic. But no. They were worse than the Grim Reaper. Just saying.
They bully me because I am a nerd, but not the cliche ones with big round glasses, a stutter, good grades and baggy clothes. I am more than that, actually. Just without the baggy clothes, we wear uniform to school. In addition to being a nerd with a nice uniform, I had the looks of a cliche bad boy and a cliche beautiful and innocent girl. You heard me, I looked like a girl, but not with a feminine shape. That would have been worse. I was only five foot six, but I was duped the most handsome boy in London Bridge Academy, not that I appreciated that. I hate attention. The bloody idiots did not know that.
On top of that title, because I was not interested in any girl in London Bridge Academy, I was labeled as gay. That was another solid reason I was bullied. Insolent brats.
"William Hudgens! You would clean the school toilets if you spend five more minutes in that room young man!"
With that I was yanked away from my thoughts as I scrambled to prepare for school. That was not just a threat my mother threw at me. Trust me, it has happened before.
After eating breakfast with my family and the Vales, Ryan and I headed off to school. My siblings and Selena attended a different school because of the high cost of tuition fees in LBA. It was not very far so we mostly walked. Ryan is a talkative, but he respects boundaries. He knew I did not like talking much. And he also believed I was not gay. My family believed me.
I could not find any girl attractive except one. But she was not real. I had a crush on her ever since I was old enough to know my name. Weird, I know, but I had been seeing her in my dreams ever since I was old enough to know my name. She was very beautiful, and she never aged. She was about thirteen or fourteen. As a child, I was always weak and sick. My chest always felt like there was a huge gaping hole which was always burning.
