Chapter 4

Dom POV: I thought I saw James walk out to the back porch, so I went back there to tell him it was breakfast time. I saw James and Jaiden sitting next to each other on the porch swing with coffee. I said, "It's time for breakfast, guys." They both jumped, and then they came inside. I wonder if they're dating?

Jaiden POV: James and I were sitting on the porch swing, drinking our coffee, when I heard Dom behind us say, "It's time for breakfast, guys." I jumped, and so did James, but then we both walked up and went inside to the dining room.

The second James and I sat down next to each other, Rebecca started bombarding us with questions. "Are you two dating?" "Are you gonna share a room?" "Jaiden, what kind of wedding dress do you want?" I kind of laughed. I exclaimed, "Rebecca, we aren't officially dating yet!" She said, "Ooh, so it's just not official yet!"

I looked over at James. His face was bright red. He said, "Actually Jaiden, there's something I wanted to ask you about. Will you go out with me?" Of course I knew the answer to that question. "Absolutely," I said. James actually looked like 25 pounds had come off his back. Adam said, "Alex and I will go start moving your stuff to James' room, Jaiden." 

"What," I sputtered. "Who said anything about sharing a room?" James said, "If you want to share a room, that's fine with me." I had to think about that for a minute. "Yeah, why not," I responded. I thought, "Oh my gosh, I'm really dating James! This is the best day of my life!" I have a feeling this relationship has promise.

James POV: I can't believe that this is really happening! I'm officially dating Jaiden! Just like the Internet wants! But I need to take it slow. We haven't even had our first kiss yet. My thoughts were cut off by Rebecca's ecstatic voice. "Guys, we need to celebrate your new relationship! Let's play Truth or Dare!"

Uh oh. This can't go well. Wait... I have a plan. I sneak over to Alex. "Hey Alex," I whisper, "I need you to dare Jaiden to eat a piece of spaghetti Lady and the Tramp style with me." He looks weirded out, but says okay. We all sit in a circle, and the game starts.

Rebecca goes first. "Cypher, truth or dare?" She says, "Dare." Rebecca gets a mischievous twinkle in her eye. "I dare you to kiss Tim." They look at each other, and with no warning, Cypher kissed Tim! The game continued, and Alex finally got his chance.

"Jaiden, truth or dare?" Jaiden says apprehensively, "Dare?" "Ok, I dare you to eat spaghetti Lady and the Tramp style with James." "Uhh... okay." Alex gets the noodle, and Jaiden and I each take an end. We suck the noodle in, and then our lips touch.

It is pure bliss. I pull Jaiden in and she wraps her arms around my head. We kiss for a full minute, and clamber onto the couch, kissing the whole time. After an awkward silence, Adam says, "Uh... guys? Save it for later." We break apart, both bright red. "We should probably stop, it's getting late," says Rebecca. Everyone says good night, and Jaiden and I go to our room.

Look at me! I'm surprising myself and not procrastinating! And, I just wrote a long and spicy chapter! For someone with a collapsing love life, I think I did a good job! Cya!
