Is It Love? ~ A Jameden Story ~

Chapter 1

Jaiden POV: I wake up to Jax jumping on my bed. "Jaiden, wake up," he says. "You're moving into the Animation House today!" 

"Okay, okay," I say, "There's no need to sound so excited about it." But the truth was, I was super excited! I was going to live with all these famous animators, and then I could finally feel at home with people.

But then the voices started. "Why would anyone want to live with you?" "You aren't talented enough to do anything with these people." "You're so ugly, they'll kick you out on day one."

I yelled to myself, "Just... shut up, will you?" I knew they were wrong... but what if they were right? I realized I couldn't talk like that.Just then, Mom yelled, "Jaiden, it's time to go! Grab all of your stuff and get to the car!" 

Well, there's no backing out now. Let's just see how day one goes.

James POV: I wake up earlier than everyone else today. There's something going on today... what is it? Oh yeah, the new girl is coming! What did they say her name was? Julie, Jan... Jaiden! That's what it was.

"Well, since I'm up early, I may as well work on my next video," I think. I get about 150 frames done before I hear Adam yell, "James, you up?" "Yeah," I say. "Come downstairs, Jaiden's gonna show up soon."

I race downstairs to see the rest of the squad already in the living room, waiting for Jaiden. Tim and Alex are whispering (loudly) to each other. "Do you think she'll be hot," Alex says. "I hope so," replies Tim. Rebecca groans loudly, and says to no one in particular, "Boys are so immature."

The doorbell rings. Everyone gathers around the door, and Alex opens it. Someone says, "This is the Animation House, right?" We all say yes. A girl in a purple shirt and dark jeans walks in. "Hi, I'm Jaiden," she says. But I'm only half listening, because I'm too distracted by her beautiful face. Tim shuts my mouth with his hand and quietly whistles to me. I punch him in the arm. Oh shoot, I'm in love!
