We were back in Los Angeles to shoot the Music Video for Afterlife. The Theme for Dickinson. I was so excited since it was a Music Video for the Show and I got to write the Lyrics!
We got to the Set and I was greeted by Alana and Gordon. "Okay Hendryx! Are you excited to shoot?" Gordon asked and I agree. "Awesome! Alright so we're gonna shoot the first scene and the idea is your in front of those blue curtains over there;" he says, pointing to the curtains and behind them,
"there will be people pulling the ribbons on the cage dress you'll have so it gives an array that their pulling you too tight" he also explains which got me a little nervous since i might get hurt. "Don't worry Hendryx - it's not really pulling. It will be painless" Alana explains. "Okay" I sighed. "Okay so go meet with Ashley in the Makeup Tent and she'll get you dolled up for the first scene." Gordon says and they leave.
"Aren't you excited Dryx?" Taron asked. Taron came with me again since Dad & Papa didn't trust me traveling alone to Los Angeles. "Yeah I am actually. The Lyrics turned out great, the music is awesome and I know the Video will be iconic!" I told him which he smiled. "Alright, let's go find Ashley" I told him and we both head to the makeup tent.

"Alright, just a little contour right here and some highlight here. Okay! Looks good" she says and hands me a mirror. "Wow" I said, I looked like a corpse and my hair was in a high bun and curled. "Now head to the Costume Tent and meet with Gabby" Ashley told me and I left. I met up with Gabby who was in a tent a few yards away. I got into tent and Ashley was there standing next to a mannequin that had a white bodysuit and a giant cage dress. "Wow" I say. "Let's get you into this" she says.

After the first scene; I met up with Taron and he was on his phone but jumped a bit seeing me. "Damn Dryx, you scared me" he said, putting his phone away. "Sorry Love. Just got done with the first scene" I giggled. "Awesome. So what's next?" He asked, fiddling with the cage dress. "Next is the Scene with me in a Top Hat and Cane" I explained. "Nice!" He replied and soon it was time for me to change.

I took a few scenes just tipping the hat and twirling the cane. After that was me in a red dress just singing and the last scene is me dressed in a nude and black jumpsuit dancing with some dancers. So far so good.
