Chapter 4

Naru POV a week later!!!!
It had been a week since my encounter with itachi. At first I was upset but eventually I let it go. Heading to the homeless shelter I volunteer at. This week had been very tiring my dad really made sure I was busy at every possible second like itachi had told me he would. But today I was off so I went to the shelter. When I arrived I started doing what I would normally do. Before long I was in the back filling out the volunteer paperwork when hands wrapped around my waist.
I turned to see a smirking itachi.
"Really" I said before turning around.
"Hey" he said turning me around as I saw him pouting.
"It's been a week" I said as he looked really guilty for that.
"Sorry about that" he said
"I have been doing work and school back to back this week pulling all nighters and then my mom has been calling me nonstop because sasuke barely comes home anymore and then on top of that I must have kissed you silly because you gave me the wrong number" he said as I looked at him confused.
He pulled out his phone showing me text messages between him and a man.
"Oops" I said sheepishly as I put the right number in this time.
"So I have never seen you here before are you stalking me" I asked him as he laughed
"No I had to finish up my community service project for school" he said as I nodded smiling.
"Well I have to go my father is working me to death" he said as he signed out. I looked at him carefully this time noticing the bags up under his eyes.
"You need to rest" I told him as he shook his head.
"No rest" he said smiling as he walked out. I shook my head as I signed out as well walking to my car. I got in heading home. When I arrived I saw my parents cuddled up on the couch with Mina sitting on the other couch.
"Hey" I said smiling as they all smiled at me.
"What's got you smiling like that" Mina asked me as I looked at her.
"Like what" I asked as she raised an eyebrow shaking her head.
"Nothing you just look happier" she told me as I nodded walking upstairs. When I got comfortable in bed ready to go to sleep my phone started ringing. Looking at it I saw it was raiden calling.
I answered it smiling.
"Raiden" I asked before I heard sirens
"Ma'am, I'm sorry to tell you this but raiden has collapsed from taking opioids and you were his emergency contact please come to the hospital fast" she said I paused as I processed what she said
"I'm sorry what" I asked grabbing my car keys as I ran down stairs.
"Who's ever raiden is to you we believe he had overdosed off of opioids" she said again as a sob raked through my body as my mom looked at me getting my father and minas attention before she ran over I gripped the staircase handle hard to keep from falling.
"Are you sure" I said on the phone.
"Raiden namikaze blonde hair blue eyes" the lady confirmed.
"Raiden overdosed their taking him to the hospital" I told my family before running to my car.
"I'm on my way" I said as my parents ran out of the door.
"Which hospital" my father asked me.
"Baptist" the lady on the phone said
"Baptist" I told him as they nodded getting in their car.
"Ok ill be there as soon as possible" I said hanging up as I pulled off speeding getting on to the high way.
Raiden stayed three towns over to go to college so it was a distance but time seemed to pass quickly as I rushed to the hospital. Getting out of my car when I arrived I rushed inside heading to the front desk.
"My brother is here they said he overdosed Raiden uzumaki namikaze" I said as the front desk clerk nodded.
"Room 246" he told me as I ran in the back to the room when I arrived I saw my brother attached to a bunch of wires as a bunch of people crowded around him. A sob squeezed its way out of my throat painfully as I cried everyone left the room as I walked over to Raiden crying as I laid my head on his chest crying as I heard his faint heard beat.
I heard faintly as I lifted my head wiping my eyes to see that Raiden was squeezing his eyes as his skin was a bluish purple color.
"Raiden" I said as I pressed the help button.
A nurse ran in to see he was up as she called for water.
"Are you related" she asked me
"He is my big brother" I said as she nodded.
"He did in fact over dose" she said as I nodded holding his hand.
"He has taken thirteen capsules." She said as I frowned.
"Where did he get the peels from." I asked her confused
"He was prescribes opioids because of his constant migraines that were affecting his vision" she explained as I nodded looking at Raiden who's eyes were now open to show they were blood shot red.
"Why" I asked him as he turned his head.
"It's best that he not talk right now" the doctor told me as I nodded watching her walk out of the room before I laid my head down as tears started rolling down my face. The room door opened just as my mom, dad and Mina walked in. I couldn't look at them as they all sat there waiting. When I finally stopped crying I wiped my eyes before looking at them.
"He overdosed... he took thirteen opioids, they were prescribed because he has been have constant migraines which were affecting his vision" I said my voice cracking as they all looked at menma.
"He can't talk" I said as they nodded.
"I'll go let nagato and the others know" my dad said as my mother walked over taking raidens hand as Mina just sat there tears falling down her face.
"Can somebody please take all those cords out of his skin" she said biting her lip tears fell down her face.
"They can't" my mom said as tears fell down her face. My phone started ringing with a call from tenten I texted her telling her I couldn't talk right now her next message pissed me off.
"Someone told the press your brother overdosed is that true" she asked me.
"Who" I texted her
"I don't know but Sakura and posse were close to your house when they claimed you sped off" she replied as I put my phone down taking in a deep breath as Mina looked at me confused.
"Someone told the press raiden overdosed" I said as everyone got quiet.
"Who" Mina asked confused
"One guess" I said as she looked at me.
"Sakura" she said as I nodded. Before I knew it she grabbed dads car keys and ran out of the room. I grabbed my keys following her as she sped off. I followed her. When we got back in town she headed straight to Sakuras house not finding her there then she remembered the party ino was throwing.
She pulled off as I followed her once again. When she arrived she got out of the car slamming the door shut before she ran inside me following her trying to get her to stop. When she saw Sakura all up on sasuke she flipped she grabbed Sakura by her pink hair pulling back as she fell down she was about to hit her when I grabbed her.
"Let me go" she shouted as she tried to swing at Sakura.
"She isn't worth it" I said.
"No I'm going to beat her ass" she told me.
"Yeah if I let you" I said
"Why are you trying to fight me" Sakura asked trying to sound innocent.
"Bitch you need to mind your own damn business I don't play when I comes to my siblings you better watch your back because next time I see you I'm going to kill you" Mina promised still trying to get out of my arms.
When I calmed Mina down I bent down to sakuras level my eyes meeting hers.
"Since you want to put my brothers business out there I just wanted to let you know you just started a war." I said standing up.
"You did this for money right." I said as she smirked.
"Well guess what bitch" I said throwing a stack of hundreds at her.
"There with yo broke ass" I said
"Your trying to start things with my sister to get money. Well bitch better luck next time because then you'll have to deal with me" I said as she rolled her eyes.
"You better count your blessings" I said smirking as I turned Mina kicking her straight in the face as she fell back a tooth flying as ino screamed bloody murder. I grabbed minas arm before she could do more and walked out as she looked at me.
"I'm sorry I saw red" she said as I smiled.
"Was it because of Sakura or her being that close to your man" I asked slyly as she laughed.
"Mina" Sasuke yelled trying to catch up as mina turned around. He walked up to mina as her mood did a complete 180 she thumped him in his nose.
"Your a pig" she said as he looked at her she shoved to fingers at his eyes.
"A low down and dirty excuse for a human" she said.
"Get your fingers out of my face" he told mina
"Bitch" Mina said high giving his forehead as soon as he looked at her like he was crazy a hand came out punching him as I turned to see a smirking kurama. Nagato and menma shaking their heads at him.
"Sorry but you were hitting him and I wanted to get a hit in." Kurama said as he pulled us into a hug.
"So who did you fight" Nagato asked us as a vein popped in his head.
"I was mature this time and stopped her" I said smiling
"But I still kicked her and her tooth went flying" Mina said satisfied.
"Naru your slacking" Nagato told me as I shrugged.
"If you think that's some thing Naru threw like fifteen thousand dollars at her" Mina said as I looked at her in disbelief.
"Let's go apologize" Nagato said grabbing my arm as he pulled me back into the backyard. Everyone was rushing around trying to make Sakura feel better.
Nagato pulled me up to Sakura as he looked at me.
"Go" he said as I smirked turning to walk away. He pulled me back over to her as she looked at me.
"What" she said.
"We would like to apologize on behalf of" he looked at me.
"Don't say anything to me bitch and you go follow in your brothers lead and over dose bitch" she said talking to Nagato who stayed still not letting it get to him me on the other hand let it get to me and I lunged for her only for menma to catch me.
"Ay ay calm down" menma told me. I acted like I had calmed down as he put me down before I side stepped him tackling Sakura to the ground as I continuously punched her Nagato and menma both pulling me off of her.
"How about you die bitch" I said as I realized the hoodie had blood on it now. Whose blood no clue so I took the hoodie off balling it up before throwing it in the trash as I walked away.
"They damn twins are gonna kill me!" Nagato said as menma chuckled. I walked over to mina.
"Oh so you can fight her but I can't" she yelled at me as I laughed.
"I swear she is asking for it" I said as mina nodded.
"You two are insufferable" menma stared.
"In fact you three" Nagato said including kurama.
"Make that four" menma said as we all remembered Raiden.
"Yeah" Kurama agreed.
Suddenly our phones went off at the same time.
"Namikaze twins attack an innocent civilian" Nagato read off showing the pictures.
"Oh really" Mina said laughing as kurama cut his eyes giving us a signal as I smirked as soon as the oldest two turned their backs he held them off as me and Mina ran back in the party. Their is this mutual understanding first come first serve so since Mina beat me to her she got to fight her as Nagato and menma ran inside Nagato pulling mina off of a now bloody Sakura.
"Ok enough" menma said looking at me as Nagato glared at Mina. Kurama walked over smirking.
As I high five him.
"Thanks" I said as he smirked even bigger seeing the bloody pulp known as Sakura.
"Damn girls y'all wasn't playing" he said as we laughed finally walking out of the party Nagato got in my cars driver seat and menma got in dads Mina with menma as he lectures her me and kurama with Nagato.
Just as he started his lecture from the front seat of the car. Kurama in the passenger seat. Itachi called me. I answered smiling.
"To what pleasure do I owe your voice" I asked him as Nagato slammed on breaks before driving again.
"I saw your pictures online" he told me as I heard the smirk.
"I knew you were dangerous" he said
"What little ole me wouldn't hurt a fly" I said clearly flirting as kurama looked at me.
"So I'm sorry about what happened with your brother" he said as I frowned.
"Yeah I guess what hurts the most is he usually tells me everything too and I didn't have not a single clue" I explained as I heard him sighing.
"It'll get better everyone goes through this phase in life." He told me as I smiled.
"Words of wisdom" I asked
"No just keep going and it's not nice to break girls faces in and lie about it sweet heart" he said going back to goofy.
"I didn't break her face" I said as kurama nodded looking at me from the front seat.
"Oh and sasuke told me he got punched out let me guess your protective older brother" he said as in he didn't know I had more than one.
"Pick your bet" I said
"What do you mean" he asked
"Well I have four older brothers" I said as he nodded.
"Your trying to get me hurt" he said as I laughed.
"Lol they are Care Bears" I said as he laughed.
"Tell that to sasukes black eye" he said.
"Ooh tell him to ice it my brother didn't even hit him hard" I said as itachi laughed.
"My brother is a spoiled brat he doesn't fight typically unless he is mad" he stated
"And what about you" I asked.
"Have you met my brother? I had to protect him growing up so of course I fought a lot" he said as I smiled.
"Catch this, sasuke came crying into my mother's arms saying your sister broke up with him, I think my brother is in love though I can't blame him if your sister does to him what you do to Me" he said as I giggled.
"Me and my sister are harmless" I said smiling.
"It's not good to start a relationship off on lies" he said
"Oh this is a relationship" I asked as he laughed.
"Soon enough meaning no more showing off your assets in public" he said as I smiled.
"We'll see" I said as he chuckled
"See dangerous, but I have to get back to work baby girl ok" he said as I smiled at the nickname.
"Ok bye" I said hanging up smiling as my brothers looked at me.
"We'll see" kurama mimicked twirling his hair with his finger. I giggled putting my phone down.
"I thought you didn't have a boyfriend" Nagato said
"I don't" I told him.
"Oh pretty boy hasn't asked you yet" kurama stayed as I laughed.
"No his dad keeps him busy with work and school" I said as they looked at me confused.
"He is heir to a company" I said as Nagato raised his eye brows in shock.
