SYNOPSIS "I wish you'd learn how to shut up."
"I don't grant wishes, Damon."
PLOT OC name* had been wandering the planet for nearly her entire life. After many years of existence, OC decided to finally settle down in what seems to be the supernatural hotspot of the world, Mystic Falls. Of course, Mystic Falls happens to be unfriendly to supernatural beings at the moment. So in search of a place called home, OC posses the prettiest human she can find and begin her new, at ease life at nearby Whitmore College. Learning to use her powers in the fragile human body gains the attention of certain group of vampires. After recently losing their witch OC is asked to help find a certain Salvatore and eventually help stop the old as hell witch walking around with Stefan's face.
NOTES
— okay, so your girl is a djinn. basically, she's like a genie. she's got hella power, but she can't completely access it because she's possessing a human and her "lamp" prevents her from accessing her full power by herself.
— OC possesses a random girl outside of Mystic Falls, her original look is not Naomi Scott's face.
— her "lamp" can take the form of whatever. A ring, bracelet, a piece of rope. I suggest a ring. She'll always be able to keep it on her and easily give it to others if she wants. It isn't a thing to keep her trapped in (unless willed it). It holds most of her power and she can't access that power without another person willing it.
— whoever has her "lamp" can control her and her power. Any mega powerful things (like Mary Sue type shit) can't be accessed unless she gives over the "lamp". But if she gives her "lamp" away, she's giving away her freedom.
— she'd only give it to someone she trusts and when it's completely necessary *wink wink*
— so the plot...OC wants to do her thing and just chill. She had no intention of getting involved with the supernatural drama that comes with being the group's friend.
— she's pretty chill until you piss her off. she'll let you know if you've screwed up and isn't afraid of confrontation.
— so how they meet...she could be caught doing magic which leads them to asking for her help with searching for Stefan. Silas could call her out...or vice versa. Idk.
— as for the actual love interest, that depends if you want him to start off single or be with Elena like in the show.
— if single, that's easier. Just remember, Damon's personality change is because of Elena. There's a chance he would be more season 1 Damon.
— if with Elena; obviously he wouldn't have changed that much or he wasn't complete in love like he believed. Because of his personality development, I wouldn't suggest him cheating but you do what ya want.
—I imagine Damon realizing he's in love with OC before he "dies."
— I think you could eventually do something like plot-twisting if you wanted to mess with storyline. Maybe the bad guy could get OCs "lamp" and turn her against everyone. Maybe she could give her "lamp" to Damon for safe keeping after they start to trust each other.
—obviously those were just ideas, you do whatever you wanna do.
