This short e-mail was made recently after I received the diary entry. She sent a sad emoji just to show her worry, but I knew that it will come back, and so will she...

SJ:

Sorry if you hear that. At least I can come back, right?

For it is really a sad day for me. I know now that they postponed it due to unknown reasons, and that I enjoyed being a special athlete here.

As long as this one lasts, I decided to follow their instructions.

I spent three hours packing up my stuff, with calls between Mom and Dad, some help from Kashina, and Misty watching me pack up.

All of my souvenirs and stuff I aquired from all of these days here had been stuffed in a Hello Kitty backpack that Misty gave me. "Cannot help to see it go away with you," she told me.

Toriko managed to give me a few postcards from some of his visits, even one which, well, you may not gonna believe it - have me behind one of the stone lanterns at the temple of lanterns Somie had said to me about!

Yep, it was so memorable of that one that I kept that one with me and shoved the rest in my suitcase.

Minutes later, I'm finished with the packing up, and that I'm "dressed and ready" for my next flight. Good thing I got the return ticket back to home. Had been in my bag since, and it didn't even left from me.

Texting Mom and Dad after that, I told them that I am forced to go home due to that it was postponed. (Told you, SJ, cannot tell ya what and why.)

Mom said that they're going to pick me up at LA once I reached there.

It really is a sad day for me. And that, to shorten this story I have, I said goodbye to Misty and Kashina as Toriko sent me back to the airport.

Once we reached the airport, I felt sadness as I hugged my guardian for the last time. I can't stand being left for some reason.

But hey! Look at the sunny side! I can come back when the games are set back up again!

See ya in LA!

Forever yours,
Amber

Lolli Dritty: It is really a sad time that the Games were postponed due to health concerns, and you know that, but never mind. At least there might be a day that every joining athlete from around the world will come in Tokyo for this quadly event...

P.S.: So, so sorry from the author that she posted this very, very late (over a month, to be exact). She was busy on her other two novellas, one published, the other still ongoing. And she has off-phone activities done during those other days. I hoped that things can go smoothly, and I know that she will keep her promise to update a bit often next time...
