Chapter 9

~Your POV~

The next morning I woke up with all of my bags packed and well it was just one and my phone next to my bed on my nightstand. I stood up and stretched before getting ready to leave.

--Time-skip--

I had gotten to the meet up spot with the rest of the class, mom wasn't really dressed like she was ready to go on this trip. Everyone was talking to one another but it was quite early and I'm not usually a morning person so I just stood off to the side until I was nudged from behind. I looked up to see my favorite sadist behind me. I looked at him with a tired smile before saying "goodmorning" he replied with a good morning as well then he ruffled my hair a bit. After a bit of waiting we all got onto the train, I sat next to Karma and across from me was Kayano and Nagisa. We had played a few games for a little while before I got up with Kanzaki, Okuda and Kayano to get a drink. Walking out we bumped into these older looking kids and me being short looked up and excused myself and apologized, they had looked at us oddly before checking me out while I felt an odd stare from one of the guys. I just looked down at my feet and grabbed a water before silently but quickly walking back to Karma who is my safety. I sat down and looked at my feet awkwardly while putting my water on the small table. I felt Karmas eyes piercing the side of my head with a worried look. I looked back at him, we locked eyes for a second and I stood up and grabbed his arm gently while he stood up to be at level with me again. I parted my lips to speak, his eyes softened. "Hey can we go talk somewhere private please?" I asked him with tears brimming the corners of my eyes. He nods without saying a single word and walks me to a small corridor by the bathrooms on the bus.

I walked up and hugged him tightly and cried in his arms. Karma wrapped his arms around me and just held me. "I felt so awkward" I muttered under my breath. "About what?" He looked down at me and lifted my chin to look at me while wiping my tears away. I told him the whole story of what happened and Karma just hugged me tightly. "I'll go with you from now on so you're not uncomfortable like that anymore" he whispered in a soft voice. I liked the way he spoke to me and made me feel so comfortable. In that moment I realized I didn't just have a crush on this sadistic red head I'm in love with him. I looked up at him with a dark blush that was spread across my cheeks. He looked back at me and placed a hand on my forehead. "Are you alright? Do you feel sick or have a fever, you're burning up." He spoke in the soft yet loving voice I loved so much. I just nodded and looked at him with a happy smile that made him blush. After a couple minutes of standing in silence I got the courage to grab the collar of the shirt he was wearing and to pull him down to me so I could press my lips against his softly. He kissed back almost immediately, he wrapped his arms around my waist while I wrapped my arms around his neck and pulled him close. After a little I pulled away to catch my breath he did as well. I looked away shyly and didn't look at him. I just pressed my fingers to my lips and thought about what just happened. Did I really just kiss Karma? Someone who's so precious to me. What if he actually doesn't like me back or feel the same way. He didn't say a word he just grabbed my hand to pull me back to the bus seats. We didn't talk for the rest of the bus ride and everyone was looking at us oddly. I played with my fingers and everytime we locked eyes we just looked away and blushed. I pouted at the thought of not talking to him.

Once we actually got to Kyoto we split up into the groups and we ended up in this dark ally way. Those high school boys are back. I looked around worriedly not saying a word while grabbing on to Karmas shirt with a shaky hand. He looked back at me knowing how I felt right away.

~Karmas POV~

I looked at (y/n) as she grabbed onto me. I felt her shaking, I blushed at her small appearance and shook the thought of what just happened out of my head while I nodded and kept her behind me. I fought the older guys and we unfortunately lost to those bastards, they took Kayano and Kanzaki. (y/n) held onto me and didn't say anything at all.

After Korosensei helped us with those scumbags and got Kanzaki and Kayano back (y/n) still didn't say a word, she just walked back to the girls room after we got to our hotel. I just went back into the guys room and Maehara looked up at me and asked "so Karma who do you like?" I looked at him as a blush rose to my cheeks "if I'm being honest I'd have to say (y/n)" I saw him sigh and look at me weird as I sat down. "It looks like we have eyes for the same girl" he scratched the back of his neck with red cheeks and a smile. I sighed knowing she hasn't said a word since that kiss earlier. Out of nowhere Korosensei just bursted into the room and the girls were chasing him. It seems like both Maehara noticed (y/n) in the back not doing anything before he could even get up I ran over to her and pulled her to the closest private area possible. I noticed Maehara following behind slowly but I didn't really care at this moment. (Y/n) just looked at me with these big (e/c) eyes of hers and blushed deeply. We got to a cornered area and I then pinned her up against the wall, a little on the aggressive side but just gentle enough for her. She looked at me in shock and I didn't care that Maehara was watching, all I cared about was (y/n) and my feelings for her. I leaned in to kiss her and she leaned to meet my lips quicker. We kissed for a couple seconds before I spoke, not letting my hands off of her wrists. "What's been going on today? You haven't said a word to anyone at all." I said softly, she looked at me with deep red cheeks and spoke for the first time after our first moment. "Karma" she spoke in a soft voice. "I'm in love with you. I thought that silence earlier meant you didn't feel the same, I couldn't get the thoughts out of my head all day." She looked at me with tears streaming down her cheeks, I wiped them away then it hit me like a truck. She was in love with me and actually said it before me. I let her go and just hugged her tight. "(Y/n) I love you too, I've felt this way since we met, you're mom even knew when I spent the night at your house" she pulled away from me and looked at me shocked but then pulled out the gorgeous smile of hers before holding her arms out with all the confidence in the world. She spoke one word that made me so happy. "Boyfriend?" I felt like I could jump when she asked as I nodded while hugging her so tightly as I lifted her into the air, she let out giggles before we heard the others. She pecked my cheek and walked off to get to bed.

~Maeharas POV~

I don't know why I followed but I did. As soon as I saw Karma kiss (y/n) I just felt my heart break. I didn't know her well but she was so sweet I don't know anyone who would have feelings for her. I saw her kiss Karma back and confess to him. I realized that I need to respect her feelings even after she asked him to be her boyfriend. I just left and walked back to the guys room and went to bed. All I needed to do was act normal and respect how (y/n) feels.
