Rayne POV
Today was going to be a tiresome day ,I think .
I was taking my breakfast when I heard a knock on the door and went to unlock ,I was astonished but not much cause I expected it.

My landlord always came at the end of the month sharp ,he never missed the chance to scold me ,telling me that he will give the apartment to others if I don't pay on time.

"Rayne I think you know it's time"

"Yeah..yeah Bayton ,I know." He looked surprised at the fact that I didn't ask him the extra time I usually ask.

"K Bayton I can sense it that you want me to ask an extra time but I thought it's obvious you know give a week it will be paid"

"Right then,if you don't pay you know then"

By that I closed the door I didn't have anything else to say.I cleaned the house and by once in the week I got my proper meal.
I decided that it would great to wash my hair though I hate it .

Cause my hair is so hard to dry ,I had to do it quickly and take a shower ,I had a lecture coming in two hours and who would want to be late,huh?
I finished to prepare just in time ,this is one of the best things I got from studying in a strict boarding school back in my country.

Ooh wow that was pretty quick,it lasted like a second or may be it's because I was studying math.
But I remember that the head of the college asked me to go to his office and here I am at the front of his door knocking.

"Come in." I enter but I don't know why I'm nervous .

"So you called me Mr.George"

"Yes Ms.Prenner take a sit. I think you remember that last time we let you pay the half of the fees so this is the time to pay your last half."

It was like slapping me pretty hard cause I knew that it will be like me working my ass off for like two years to pay it.The rest of the words that Mr.George said weren't catched by my ears so ,

"Thank you Mr.George for letting me know I will surely pay it ,good day Mr.George"

I worked out of his door feeling low,what could I even do in my life ,all things are pretty hard to achieve,while still think I bumped into someone who was so soft and he/she immediately hugged me so as to stay stable .

It's when I lifted my eyes and I felt so guilty ,she was a woman with white hair and a fragile figure .

"I'm so sorry I bumped into you ,I wasn't looking please forgive me"By the time I thought she was going to snap at me but what she did took me by surprise.

She cupped my hands with her so soft hands and told me.
" No need to worry that much ,I'm still alive but I'm so pleased to meet an honest girl in your age .It's so rare that a young girl could behave ."

"So you seem like you have problems that took you away ,care to share if not a secret."

"No...no...it's a small one no need." When I looked on the ground I found that she had some things she had shopped.

"So I see you got some things I offer to help you lift them " By the time I looked up to meet her eyes ,they had what I could call like admiration.

"Yes kiddo ,you know I also wanted to rest a bit " we started walking towards where she showed me.

"But you know kiddo ,I have much experience and maybe I can help you with your problems."
And for some time I wondered why she insisted on knowing my burdens while she was like a stranger but anyways I found my self telling her all I have to pay and how I don't have resources.

"Oooh I can understand you got so much on your plate when still young,but I have an idea but don't think that I'm taking advantage of you in your problems"

"Noo...I mean no problem you can tell me your idea may be it would help me,like you said you are even more experienced than me."

"So my idea is that I have a work that I would like you to do ,I'm starting to get old to do it." I was so curious to know.

"I want you to take care of my son ,it's like babysitting him but not fully."

"Aww...I'm so excited I have always liked the idea of babysitting a baby ,oh I like babies " I finished talking and I swear I found a sad expression but it quickly vanished .

"No ,I'm sorry to disappoint you but my boy is not a baby.And I'm sorry I can't tell you why I will let you meet him and see if you agree you will do the work but if you don't then it's fine with me."

I was confused but again she gave me the time to think and it was a win win situation.
"So kiddo I didn't even get your name ,and also thank you and think about that and my name is Milton sweetiee."

"Ooh I highly apologise for that my name is Rayne and thank you Milon you made my day great,and thank you for offering me your idea ,I will think about it" I flashed her my smile and bed our goodbyes.

Poor Rayne had a tough day but got a good thing at the end .
