Hugor POV

I was stunned ,my mom was here telling me that she was the one
who spiked Brenda's drink.

She was asking for forgiveness.But don't call me evil cause I didn't see it as a big problem as long as I was not so in love with Brenda.
And I have discovered something that kept bugging me ,I liked Rayne ,in few days we spent together, I realised she meant my happiness.

And I was here waiting for the next day when ,she will come and when I was deep in my thoughts ,someone knocked.

"Come in" and I saw Brenda entering in her glory.

"Hug baby ,I'm sorry for what happened at the party"

"There is..." Before I continue she cut me off.

"Look Hugor ,I'm sorry for what I'm going to tell you but I'm engaged to another man tho I don't wear the ring,before you ask me why I can tell you."

"Honestly I can't marry you when you are in a wheelchair ,I'm a woman of needs dear ,I think you understand, how will you satisfy me then?"

"But Brenda I thought you told me that you loved me and you even had a crush on me when we were young?"

"Yeah that was back then when you were not in a wheelchair and goodbye Hugor ,I wish you all the best" she smirked and went without giving me a chance to say anything.

Wheew ,that was fast .
But I'm not depressed ,I feel like I got a chance to express what I feel to Rayne without feeling guilty.

I can't wait to see her here.

Rayne POV
I was staring at the ceiling ,that's what I do when I'm kinda lost for what to do.
A part of me wanted to tell Melon that I can't continue to take care of her son but another part of me told me that I have to get rid of the feelings and continue the work cause it's where my needs in money are.

So I dressed up in my black leggings and black hoodie.
I just love black ,for some weird reasons it makes me feel independent.

I was in front of Hugor's bedroom door practicing all sorts of ways to act cool.

And then I was in ,
"Hey Hugor"

"Hey Rayne ,how have you been "

"Stop it,it's not like I spent the whole week without coming ,duh"

"But I missed you " I can't deny that my heart picked the rate.

"Let's get your room cleaned up" I changed the topic.

"Fine then help me move to that side" I moved his wheel chair and started to get my materials to clean the room .

I was cleaning when he asked
"What I'm I to you Rayne"oh my ,that completely caught me off guard.

" what do you mean by that?"when he was about to explain to me ,her mom appeared at the door saying that someone is saying that he needs me and it's urgent.

I was so confused and curious at the same time.

I took a glance at Hugor who had the same expression as me except that his was somehow hurt ,I didn't know how to read it well.

But in this time ,I want to see the person so I followed Melon to the gate.

I can't believe my eyes ,here stands the person I never expected to be here.
