chapter 5

Rayne POV
I was on my way going to Melon's house and I don't know why I was excited by knowing that I will spend the whole day there maybe it's because of Hugor ,no noo...no way ,it's because of Melon she is a kind woman close to my mother.

I was now at their gate ,they also had body guards but they knew me so I didn't have to present my self.I saw Melon taking care of her flowers, one thing I've came to know ,she loves her flowers so much.I went to great her.

"Hey there Melon ,today I don't have any lectures so I think you are stuck with me"

"Oh sweetie this is a pleasure ,go and look for Hugor in his room I don't know if he is awake though"

"Ok"I went in his room ,it have grown my habit to enter without knocking.

Hugor POV
Oh my I was excited like a little boy to see Rayne again ,I don't know why but when I'm with her I feel so relaxed .
Someone entered my room and I think it's her .

" Yo yo Hugor wasup how was your night "She was in a good mood I can see it and I didn't want to ruin it.

" My night was fine Rayne ,but I didn't get a dream,so what with the happiness."

Rayne POV
Because I will be with you the whole day ,I wanted to say but I held it back ,I told another second reason.

"Because I succeeded the assignment, it was so damn hard"

"OK OK so what do you study in college"

"Architecture" I don't know why but I always felt proud to say what I study cause it was my dream since I was twelve and I'm twenty ,wow time flies.

"So Rayne do you have lectures today"

"No ,today I'm free I won't face my professors ,urrghh they are all annoying"
I heard him laugh ,that was amazing .
"So Hugor if it's not a secret what brought you to be in wheel chair"

"So you chose to ask me?Before I answer you ,you will have to accept that you will answer what I ask also"

"Yeah that is definitely not a problem"

"So back on your question, let me answer"

Flashback
'Dad drive slowly remember that you are drunk '

'No way ,you don't have any right to tell me what to do,'he slurred .

'Dad watch ouuuu..'another car knocked ours and I welcomed the darkness.

'Where I'm I ?'
'At the hospital', one of the nurses told me
'What happened'
'Don't you remember anything'
'I remember me and...wait where is my dad'
They looked worried and as if they are fighting a battle in their heads.
'Mr.Williams we're sorry but your dad didn't make it .'

Though my dad had many mistakes but he was still my dad .
'So Mr Williams we will release you today but you have to be on  a wheelchair.'

'What?When will I stop to sit on it?'

'Mr Williams we are sorry cause we don't know also the exact time for your healing,it may take years'

*End of flashback*

He finished to tell me his story and I was beyond shocked cause they had a serious accident, which could make someone stay in the wheelchair for four years!

"Hugor ,I'm so sorry maybe God did it to make a way in his wish"

"Don't be Rayne if you are a believer then yes maybe God has his own ways "

"So Rayne how old are you "

"I'm twenty "

"Hmmm...too young "

"What?Stop saying like you are ten years older than me while you are four years older than me only."

"What was your work before this" I said motioning to the wheelchair.

"I had a company but I still have it though I don't visit it but I still work ."

"Wow that's great ,I think it prevents you from being bored"

I cleaned his room while we continued to answers each others questions and it was time to go .Though I didn't want to ,I had to .Talking with him made me laugh ,he has the kind of jokes I couldn't resist to.

"Hugor bye see you on Monday "

"No I will be missing you,please come tomorrow."

"I wish I could come but it's not possible "

He pouted and he said
"Please" he gave me a soft pleading voice and I was on the verge of giving in when Milon called me down stairs.

I kissed Hugor's forehead and went down stairs

"Yes Milon "
"Sweetie I can see you enjoy being with my son but that only makes me more happier."
She gave me a teasing smile and I don't know what came in me and I smiled back.

"Rayne I paid your apartment and college tuition so you are free now"
At first I didn't believe my ears ,

"Milon ,I can't thank you enough ,I don't even know how to thank you ,I'm at loss of words."

"No need sweetie but I have a secret ,I'm not the one who paid it ,it's Hugor but he didn't want you to know but I can't help being thanked while I'm not the one"

I was in awe but I managed to speak,
"Don't say like that Milon ,you on your side ,I don't even know how to thank you are more like a mother "

"Thank you Rayne ,now go home it's becoming late"

"Bye Milon"
I went to my apartment and drank tea ,I didn't even eat ,I was exhausted to make anything .

I took a shower and went to sleep but instead of sleeping my mind kept on wondering why Hugor paid my apartment and fees and I kept on thinking how my heart beats when we are together and may be I like...no way I have to first finish my college others last.

And I barely know him.
No you know him, today he told you much about himself.

Who the hell are you to tell me what I have to do !

I happily went to my dreamland.
