It's been almost a year since Alex's accident happened, He's been getting ready for his return.
Smackdown - *Currently in the ring is king corbin vs Jeff Hardy in the main event, Corbin was about to get the win until the lights went out*
Cole: What the hell, the lights just went out.
Graves: It's the fiend! It has to be!
*All of a sudden an unfamiliar theme starts to play*
Cole: The lights are back on and that isn't the fiend Graves..... Oh my god!!!!
Graves: It's Alex Draven, Rhea Ripley, Vampiro, Gangrel, and Psycho Sammy Saine!!
Cole: The Dark Carnival is here on smackdown!!!! But who are they gonna help?
Graves: It's obvious they're gonna help King corbin!
*Just then as it looked like they were gonna help corbin, Alex hit him with his new finisher the even flow ddt and helped Jeff to his feet and shook his hand offically turning him and the rest of the carnival to the good side*
Jeff: Thank you Alex.
Alex: *Still staying in character but trying not to mark out in front of his idol* You're welcome.
Backstage-
Jeff: Hey man, it's nice to see you on smackdown and back in shape after your accident.
Alex: *Is officially marking out by now with Rhea giggling by his side*
Jeff: Hey, you alright Alex? Rhea do you know what's wrong with him?
Rhea: Jericho it's alright, just talk to him.
Jeff: Your real name is Jericho?
Alex: Y-y-yes it is. My mother named me after Chris Jericho. (Which is actually how I got my name)
Jeff: That's cool man. So, is Rhea Your wife?
Alex: *Nods his head*
Rhea: He's just really nervous talking to you because you've been his idol since he was 6 years old.
Jeff: Damn, I'm honored.
Alex: If I hadn't seen you on an ad for smackdown in 2007 I would've never become the wrestling fan I am today.
Jeff: I'm glad that I had that much of an impact on your life. I'd love to team with you sometime?
Alex: Really?
Jeff: Yeah.
Alex: Rhea, am I dreaming or is this reality?
Rhea: Jeff, watch this. *She kisses him and he gets weak in the knees*
Jeff: That's cute. Trust me Alex, this is reality.
Alex: Holy shit, I can't believe I have the opportunity to team with my idol. When we team up could you do my face paint? I love your artwork, it inspired me to create such unique art of my own.
Jeff: Hell yeah dude. Well I gotta get going, it was nice talking to you and here's my number if you ever wanna hang out sometime, and great debut man.
