We all do have that last day syndrome... Yung tipong kung kailan alam natin na nasa last part na or mawawala na ito, atska natin marerealize kung gaano ito kahalaga sa atin... Most of the time we take it for granted, pero pag dumating yung time na mawawala or nawala na ito then we'll realize how special & important it is for us. Right?

We should focus on things that matters to us personally & refrain from absorbing things that will not make us happy.

There are several painful memories that is too much to look back to, that's why our cognitive made a strong concept of ignoring it, our mind becomes selective & refuses concepts related to those painful experience.

Death is no longer an abstract notion for me...

This might sound weird, but as we grow older, we become senstive & insensitve at the same time; sensitive in the sense that when we think about how we live for the past years of our lives, what we done & what went wrong, we tend to be more cautious with our actions; while on the other hand we also become insensitive, we are doing our best to avoid pain, fear, & feelings that might put us in danger, so we tried our best to avoid it.

Sometimes you should not take any course of action especially when you cannot translate some instructions figuratively.. merely.. most of the men die because they take every guidelines too literally..You know all those things you've always wanted to do?
you should go and do them..

Expect less, prepare more
Judge less, respect more
Complain less, thank more
Regret less, smile more...

At this moment, we should not #breakdown , we should stay #positive & think that we are just having a #pause from our busy life, we will resume sooner, & a new chapter awaits for our #freshstart , this has been Jhay, giving you a #positivevibes & a #fresheyes to look into.
