"Hello, friends and foes, allies and enemies, everyone, I have a very important announcement to make. We all know that there is the mysterious successor of very powerful heroes, that was well protected and trained. We know that the successor holds All Might dearly to her heart and All Might holds her to his heart. " He points the camera to me and brings in two unknown people into the room. One with blonde hair fixed into two buns, she wasn't that tall, so she must be a teenager at the most. The other with burn scars that covered his skin, he had dark purple almost black hair.
"Toga, go," The bluenette said. The blonde girl came up to me with a knife and said, "You really are pretty. I'll help you become even more pretty." A maniacal smile spread on her face as she held out a knife that seemed like it came out of nowhere. I could feel my face flush out of warmth. I closed my eyes, waiting for whatever they had in store.
I opened my eyes and felt blood drip down my face, surprisingly it didn't hurt as much as expected, I guess Nezu's training actually came in handy.
"Ah, well that's disappointing, I was hoping a scream of pain would come out of your filthy mouth, but not even a flinch was erected." the scared filled man said. "Shigaraki, if I may."
"Go ahead, Dabi," I assume who was Shigaraki said.
Dabi came up to me and activated his quirk and had a blue flame in his hands. He pressed it against my neck and again, nothing came out of me.
"Ah, then I guess we can't do that, can we? I hope you aren't trained against this too." Shigaraki said. He stepped towards me and handed the camera to Dabi. He pressed his hands on my shoulder. I felt a burning sensation and then it started to hurt, really badly.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH!!!!!!" I screamed, wildly thrashing against my restraints. I was crying and it felt like everything they had against me combined, even worse than the shock collar.
"Now, that's more like it. HAAHAHHAHAHAHHAHHAhHAHH!" Shigaraki laughed.
He turned to the camera and said, "If you don't want this little pumpkin..." He grabbed my chin making me face the camera, "...to get hurt I'd advise you to let All Might know, we want to meet up. No reinforcements, no one else but All Might." He signaled a cutting motion to Dabi and ended the video.
He turned towards me again, "Hopefully they are smart enough to listen, or else you will get the worst punishments possible."

Aizawa POV
All the school faculty, the top 10 heroes, the pussycats, Mt. Lady, Gang Orca, Fat Gum, and other heroes who knew Izuku saw the ransom video, I was horrified and worried about my poor Izuku. I felt as if she was my own daughter after training with her for the first couple of months, she always had that smile that would brighten up your day no matter what and she had the enthusiasm that even we heroes struggle to maintain. The heroes all cared for her even those that feared her, they couldn't resist the wide, bright smile and kind, gentle nature of the girl. Saying that she was a peoples magnet was an understatement, even those who were cold and mean softened up, whether it be a lot or a little.
To see her struggle like this and be in this much pain shocked us all. We never thought that she could make a scream that big or be in tears like that. We all looked toward Nezu awaiting our instructions.
"Well, what are we going to do? Hand over All Might, attack the base, or do nothing?" Midnight said.
"Obviously we're gonna save her right?" commented Mandalay.
"We all need to judge this situation carefully and delicately, making the wrong decision can end Izuku's life," I said. I didn't want to give my own opinion on which decision was the 'right' decision but I certainly cared for her.
"I think we'll hand over All Might..." Nezu finally said, devising a few gasps from the room, "...but of course we won't give up that easily.

Third Person POV
"Oh so you've finally arrived, All Might," Shigaraki said.
The location they met up at was near a forest and an abandoned building. All Might was face to face Shigaraki, Dabi, Kurogiri, Toga, and a few small villains, those who committed big crimes like murder but nothing like what the other 4 actually did.
"All Might please stay still as we apprehend you," Shigaraki said.
"Not yet, uphold your end of the deal," All Might said in a booming voice.
"Right, right... Kurogiri." Shigaraki commanded.
A purple portal opened up and out came Izuku. She was passed out and had major injuries all over her body and was stripped naked. Her arm looked like it was dipped in a bucket of blood and her hair and face were covered with dried blood. There was a visible wound over her left eye and her lips were chapped. Her body was littered with burns and wounds, not deep but not shallow.
"What did you do to her?!" All Might yelled.
"We had a little fun with her (I don't know if I should put it as they raped her or not)and roughed her up a little." Shigarki laughed harshly.
"You're a monster!!" All Might was holding Izuku tightly to his body.
"I could say she let out a sweet voice. Also, her quirks were disabled so she couldn't harm us." Shigaraki now amused at how much All Might was fuming.
Out of nowhere a punch connected to Shigaraki's face. Gran Torino was there and was furious about how the villains could hurt such a pure and innocent girl.
"What the hell?" Shigaraki questioned, he knew and didn't know what was going on.
"Ahhhhhh, I see, so you heroes thought that you could ambush us? That wouldn't work if it's just you guys." Shigaraki laughed.
"Well, they aren't alone." Out came Endeavor, Present Mic, Erasure Head, Midnight, Mt. Lady, Fat Gum, Kamui Woods, and Thirteen.
"WTF, the other heroes are here!" a smaller villain yelled and disappeared. This caused the other small villains to run away too, not even putting up a fight.
"What THE HEEEEEELLLL!!! You guys want a truce, a bit of the action and all of you just run away?!?!??!" Shigaraki yelled. He was clearly pissed off but just put it off. "Huff, should've just went with the second plan. Kurogiri." "Yes sir."
"We're not letting you get away!" Endeavor charged at them but they escaped through the portals.
A groan was heard from Izuku's throat and everyone turned towards her.
"We have to get her to the hospital quick!!" Fat Gum yelled, sweating a little.
"Right, right!" All Might exclaimed.
