"SUP LOSERS ITS FINALLY SUMMER!!!!!"

"Shut up trash-boy" Stanley rolled his eyes and went back to his book.

Richie laughed and fell onto the hammock. 

"Hey!"

"Oh sorry doll I didn't see you there"

"Let me guess" Eddie rolled his eyes "its because I'm so short"

"Exactumundo Edwardo"

"Don't call me that"

Bev started lighting a cigarette but mike caught it just before she lit it.

"Nope, no smoking in the treehouse"

The treehouse was pretty big, it was pretty sturdy as well. It was made out of wood so big fire hazard. Bev gave Mike a pout and Mike shook his head laughing and going to sit by Stan. Bill and Ben arrived a little bit late, surprisingly they looked like they were having a good time, Stan thought it was strange as they never seemed like the type to be close. Ben said something and Bill laughed. Oh, how that laugh made stan melt.

"Why did you guys arrive so late?"

"M-my mom wanted me to c-clean the hou-ouse for summer"

"And I was writing, sorta lost track of time" 

"Well, yer ere now tha's all thot ma'ers init?" 

"I swear to god Richie I will rip my ears off" Stan looked at Richie who had an overdramatic hurt expression on his face, and one hand on his chest. Then they all started to laugh.

"So what-t are we gonna do for the f-first day of sum-mmer?"

"It has to be epic!"

"Richie you say that about everything we do," Eddie said snuggled into Richie's chest.

"How about we go swimming?" Bev suggested

"W-we do that every d-day though"

"Well if your gonna shoot me down at least put input in first" Bev didn't seem to be joking. Trouble in paradise Stan thought, no! no, you can't say stuff like that. Bill noticed the scrunch on Stan's face.

"W-what do you think-k we should do S-stan?" Bill ignored Bev.

"Hmm? Why are you asking me? it's not my first-day summer" Stan sounded a bit snarkier than he would've liked. 

"How about we go on a road trip?" Mike said saving Stan from embarrassment.

"Where would we even go? And you already know my moms never going to allow that" Eddie was looking at Mike with a 'did you forget' face.

"We could always sleep here tonight, we've never done that before and we most likely won't get in trouble" Ben who had been awfully quiet chipped in.

"Woah haystacks got some good ideas" Richie laughed.

"Ok what are we gonna tell our parents"

"U-um s-say your all coming o-over to mine, and i-ill say I'm going over to R-Richies"

They all went their separate ways for the time being.
