"Huy!" I jumped out of my shock.

I saw Shalani in front of me. Behind her is the plastic bags that full of clothes.

"Oh. Nakabalik ka na pala." Lutang talaga ako. Kainis kasi yung the bar guy na 'yon eh!

"Apparently, yes. Kanina pa po. Kanina ka pa rin nakatulala. Maybe for about 10 minutes?" She point her finger to her head like she's really thinking. Weird talaga.

Seryoso?

I look at shalani. She's now busy arranging our clean clothes and I can't help but to remember my second encounter with him again, hindi ko pa 'to nasasabi sa kaniya. Hindi ko pa nasabi Kay Shalani na nagkita kami ulit.

I can't help but to think the way he held my waist. It gives me chills down to my spine. Why the fuck?

"Seryoso Georgina, ayos ka lang ba talaga? Kanina ka pa wala sa sarili, hello!!!" She waved her hands in front of my face.

Napakurap kurap ako. Georgina naman! Don't let someone corrupt your pretty mind!

"Ah yes, Shalani. You see, marami lang talaga akong iniisip these past few days malapit na kasi ang midterms" I acted like I'm super duper stress in front of her at ang babae ay nginiwian lang ako.

"You're bad at acting Georgina. Stop it." I rolled my eyes and help her folding our clothes.

While I was busy talking with Shalani while folding our clothes my phone rang again.

"Ah Georgina, I think kanina pa talaga may tumatawag sa'yo, might check that out, lutang ka kanina. For sure you didn't notice that someone's calling you." She said and I immediately reach my phone.

My eyes widened when I saw 57 missed calls from mom. What the?

I call her back and she answered it naman agad. I wonder why she called me several times. Mom's not like this kasi eh.

"Mom? Why did you call for almost 57 times?" I asked while looking at Shalani who's still busy folding our clothes.

"Hailey anak, can you go home? Please?" I'm starting to get nervous when I heard my mom's voice.

No...

"Your dad... he got a heart attack again, please go home, iha. Your dad wants to see you." I finish the call immediately and get a jacket, got my keys and wallet and ready to go. I didn't bother to make myself pretty.

"What happened Georgina? Where are you going?" Natigilan si Shalani ng makita niyang umiiyak ako.

"Ikaw muna bahala dito Shan, ha? My dad needs me, I'll go home muna. Take care Shan." I kissed her cheeks and hug her and drove myself to our home.

While driving I got a message from Shalani.

Shalani weirdo xd:
Hey, ingat ka... ok? Your father's will going to be fine. Trust God.

I smiled.
