They say it will pass
They say I'll grow out of it
They say it's a phase
They say it's not real
They say nothing is wrong
They say to get over it
They say I'm fine
They say I'm normal
I say you're wrong
I say I'm not okThey say it's my fault
They say I shouldn't have pushed it
They say I should have kept quiet
They say I shouldn't fight back
They say I should tell the truth
But how can I when you raised me how you did
You said I should be strong
You said I need to admit it
You said I need to tell a story
You said I need to love myself
You said it's not my fault
She said it would be ok
How can I believe any of that when I don't know what to listen to? That someone I should trust turns on me.
How should I act when the fate of my world rests on my shoulders and one phrase could end it all.Tell me.
What should I do?~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Hey there! It's been a hot minute, I know, but I'm sorta back! Mental health is a big thing to deal with and the time that we are living in doesn't really help. Stay strong my loves, I promise it gets better.
