It's canon that Arnav had a very quick Rabba Ve the minute Khushi-who-aces-the-freaking-saree-every-time entered in her blue ensemble. This is the most makeup she has had till date and oh dear, IT'S PERFECT.
It's impossible that he was unaffected (of course he chose to say nothing 'cause he's our favorite emotionally constipated hero, remember?) There's a way Khushi holds her saree, hair, jewelry and makeup which is light, simple, yet oh so beautiful. If the rose had to be a human, it would be Khushi freaking Kumari Gupta.
