“We begin our agenda, first up is to deal with you danzo~sama” the tension seem to have thicken in the room because of those few words. Thinking he covered his tracks and proud of himself said "and what have I done?". "That is for me to know and for you to find out. But i don't think you will live long enough to."

"Are you threatening me boy!!"

"No am promising you, you see I know it will not be easy to kill you" naruto said and he smirked "but" he continued "that's why I will so it now and justify myself later."

"Anbu get him" danzo ordered to the joy of the civilian council but nothing happened. It was surprising, on normal circumstances the anbu do not think twice about it but now they did not even make an advancement. "We cant move" was all they said.

Looking towards the blond for an explanation, he started "breathing air in my presence is lethal, you see my chakra is in the air right now in the tiniest bits. Thus since the beginning of this meeting, you all have been breathing it in. It is too small to notice and you can't find it if your not looking for it. And now it's in all your blood streams and as your blood is liquid I use the water element to control you and you cant stop it so everyone here is at my mercy."

"You really thought this through didn't you. Even my byakugan does not see it" hiashi said "yes, yes I did. So danzo I'll kill you now. Say your last prayers, oh and I have cut your chakra pathways in that hand and eye." Lifting his hand to face danzo, the blood vessel in the neck burst. Spilling blood down his neck thus danzo is dead "let's carry on" (1)

The council could only watch in horror at how an eleven years old just killed a war veteran as though he was swatting a fly. While the civilian council just realize the seriousness of the meeting. After sealing the body he began.

"After careful investigation we found out that the root organisation did not shut down after the order by the hokage which is a form of treason. We found out Danzo Shimura had been working with the rogue ninja Orochimaru before and even after he left the village age. The kidnapping of the 60 children 21 years ago was by danzo for Orochimaru." He continued " the disappearance of children from orphanages and clan kids even civilian, 70% of them were taken by for the root organisation. Aburame-San do you remember the mission to excort the diplomat of the tea country, Ginjiro-sama."

"Yes I do, why? Because he was assassinated before we could get to him." "Correct, it was danzo that ordered the assassination of the man because he refused to deal with konoha and was planning to deal with kiri instead and his heir was still young and oblivious thus the advisors of the man Daiki will lead for so.e time and he owed danzo a favour. All this was done with out the Hokage's knowledge."

"Danzo also had a part to play in the murder of the Uchiah." "How" asked inoichi. "Well yamanaka-san, after the attack of the kyuubi" "hey" "sorry, kurama's attack" "who is kurama" Tsume asked "well Inuzuka-San, kurama is the kyuubi, please use his name in future reference." He received several nods and then continued "after the attack, the Uchiah clan were shunned and blamed for the attack and also blamed for not stopping it with the power of the sharingan. It fed their anger and hate for the village and danzo filled it more. He assisted them in their planning up until the end, when the massacre by itachi. After itachi left only his brother, danzo came an took the eyes of the Uchiah and with Orochimaru's help implanted it into his hand and one in his eye sockets." He unsealed the body and took of the bandage from the hand and head revealing sharingan eyes. Collective gasps were heard from the civilian side while the shinobi's just shook their heads. "The eyes will be returned to the Uchiah clan."

He proceeded to remove them one at a time and sealed them and sealed the body. He stretched his hands and seemingly out of nowhere water started pouring on his bloodied hands nd the water did not touch the ground before dispersing into the air.

"Next is our beloved Koharu Utatane and Homura Mitokado." He said with a sickening smirk sending shivers down the spine of those it was directed at. "It has come to my attention" he continued "that you two have been abusing your power and position into threatening shinobi of konoha into doing your bidding, foolish old people. So for threats to other shinobi of this village you two are stripped of your position and power and are to be under house arrest and 24/7, round the clock surveillance for 5 years, except under emergency situations. My clone will excort you." Behind them stood two clones ready to walk each one out. And with out much problem they left silently.

"Good riddance, onto the next set of people, the civilian council"

1) Naruto and Sasuke will be using ninjutsu like avatar instead because they don't use hand signs anymore.

The next chapter is dealing with the civilian council and I will be accepting ideas on dealing with them crimes they have committed not against naruto but against the village and judgement for them.
