What happens when we are no longer alive do we stay or move on
If we do move on where do we go
Do we enter paradise or damnation
I wrote this next poem in the perspective of someone who has passed to see what it would sound like if a loved one of yours dies and is trying to confront you from the other side.

It's not goodbye if I say see you later
I know we are parting ways
It's not goodbye if you don't say it is
When I hear the soft sound of you sobbing
It's not goodbye if I'm still with you
I know we will see each other again
It's not goodbye if I'm not breathing
When I hear you mourn my name
