chapter 3 (Nora)

"MOM! MOM! , mommy please wake up please mommy wake up!!!" I screamed tears roleing down my cheeks i barried my face in my mothers chest sobs raccking my body.

 I was jolted out of my nightmare by someone shakeing me awake. "Emi ! Emi !" came Noah's voice in my ear as the shakeing continued.I sat up fast coverd in sweat , heart raceing , why couldn't I go one night without the damn reacuring dream of the night I found my mom on the floor in the kitchen the cancer finally takeing her life."Could you quiet down!?" Noah asked looking at me with a sleepy  look.Takeing a deep breath I glared ar him, "Yeah .I'm.fine.." I crolled over Noah  slipping out of the room , closeing the door behind me I took another deep breath putting my hand aganced my chest feeling the thrum of my heart slow down as I tryed to calm my breathing.Dropping my hands to my sides I walked town stairs and into the kitchen grabbing a bottle of water from the fridge and walking over to the big window in the liveingroom.Pushing the blinds to the side I looked out at the vew of my naborhood , green trees , houses of all difrent colors and sized , my eyes fell on the sun rise creeping into the sky , glanceing at the clock on the wall I saw it was about 5am.Sighing I could feel sleep tugging at my eye lids.

Walking into my room I found Noah srawlled all over my bed sound asleep , of cource ,uhg whatever I shouldn't expect anything more from him, I crawlled in bed shoving his leggs over and laying his arm over his stomich , cuddling under my soft black blanket I layed my head on my pillow and fell asleep hopeing It would be dreamless.

7 hours later I woke up to and empty bed , smiling to myself I slid my legs over the side and lazely stood up , I rubbed my eyes , and streched looking around the room pleased to find Noah wasn't in sight.

After a shower and puting on low rise jeans , and a white tank top , pulling my hair into a mesie bun , I jogged down the stairs skipping the last 5 and just jumping over them keeping myself from falling by braceing my wight on the railing.Stepping into the kitchen I wasn't suprised to find Noah sitting cross legged on the counter eating fruity pebbles ,grubling about him never asking to eat my fruity pebbles I grabbed some eggs and tomartos from the fringe I popped some butter in a pan and turned the stove on , wateing a minute for it to melt the scrambling the eggs and put them on a plate wile I cutt a few tomatos , sprinkling them on top of the eggs I sat on a bar stool and started to eat ." Gonna make me some?" Noah asked puting his boal in the sink. "You just ate." I responded bluntly , pokeing a bit of egg."Well that was before you made eggs , now I'm hungry again." He complaned plopping next to me.Waggling a hunk of egg and tomato at him I smirked "Make them yourself." Popping the last bite in my  mouth I put my plate in the sink ."Oh come on please!" He begged giveing me his puppy face , glareing at him I grabbed 2 eggs and the rest of my tomato from the fridge. "Fine ,but I'll show you how so you can do it yourself next time."

After repeating the proses again telling him what temp to put the stove on and how to scramble the eggs and to add a certen amount of pepper to give them more flaver.He inhaled them faster then I'de seen josh ever eat and tossed the paper plate I had put them on , in the trash."Good eggs." He mumbbled before swallowing his huge bite.Rolling my eyes I went to the liveing room and slid on my monster beat pros  , blasting some teckno song.And layed back on the coutch.Someone pinched my arm makeing me open my eyes and see Noah with a cocky smile on his face.Taking my headphones off I looked at him anoyed , "What do you want?"

"Nothin , just letting you know that I'm leaving , and reminding you that you told Jase you'd stay the night tonight." I knew he had been lieing lastnight

"Good , bye." I closed my eyes wateing for him to leave when he didn't I opend my eyes agen. "What are you wateing for?"

"Can I have some more eggs?"

" Oh my god , get out of here!"

"Fine, don't have to be so rude." he said heading to the door

"Me rude your the one that's rude!!" I yelled at him  as he walked out the door.Uhg I hate him with a pashon.Oh shit , it can't be no! But it was , I was late for soccer practice.

10 minutes later I was at the field having cott Noah before he left and talking him into takeing me."Thanx!" I said hopping out of his car and full blown srinting to the field, Cotch is gonna be pissed.

'Emily , were have you been?!" Coach headge bellowed at me as I jogged on the feild 15 minutes late."Sorry coach." I mummbled not waiting for a reponce I started running lapps with the other girls.

After lapps , crunches , and jumping jacks , we had a prectice game , coach split the team into two groups with me as the head of team one and Dani a long legged blondie  as team two's camptain.

2 hours later I plopped down in the bleachers , wipeing sweat from my forhead as Nora slid down beside me ." So how's Dean ?" I asked her " He's ok I guess , but how would I know I broak up with him a cuple days ago." she said dryly " Oh ." I said simply she gose throught boyfriends faster then I can count. "Hey , you wanna come over tonight we can go to the mall , perv on some guys ." She said waggling her eyebrows suggestively. " I promised Jase I'd stay the night with him tonight , ya know we haven't had much to do with eachother lately."I sighed "Ah k . " She said getting up "Well Cya later girl." She said heading for the lockers "Yeah cya ." I said looking out at the field , feeling my phone vibrait I looked at it to see a text from Jase -

"Hey , can't have you over tonight sorry , huggs!"

I sighed and sent him a response

"K , cya later." I didn't bother asking him why , he was probaly hanging out with someone els , the truth was I really didn't care.
