Awful Times

(y/n)'s pov

"I apologize for my sister's behavior," I said flopping back on the bed next to Sugawara but blocking my eyes with my arms, "She's better when other people are around and see her."

"It's fine," he said, "Has she always been this way?" He turned his head so he could see my face. 

I kept my arms over my face so he couldn't read my expression, "I guess... I've never really had a good relationship with her or a relationship." 

'For as long as I can remember she's always held something against me. I was better than her I guess in many ways. I picked up sports quickly, I had musical talent, and I also attracted modeling agencies. She became jealous and forced me out of her life if I was even in it in the first place. I looked up to Inari cause she was my older sister but I was up on a pedestal that was higher than hers.

A collection of these things after a long time had infuriated her. So she wanted to try and get above me or take that pedestal. Even if it meant hurting her little sister.'

I put my arms down and side-eyed him. 'He seems a bit shocked.'  "I just got used to the way things were," I said. His expression didn't change so I turned to look at him, "Don't worry about me."

Sugawara's pov

"Well I should probably be on my way (y/n)," I sat up and she did as well. I gave her a quick hug and we parted. 

'That was quite a traumatizing night.'

I made my way back down and outside and I texted Daichi.

Me
Are you still in the cafeteria?

Daichi
Yeah. Where are you?

Me
I think I'm gonna head back.

Third person pov

The next four days were awlful for (y/n). Her sister Inari would always be trying to strike up a conversation with the boys and was constantly flirting with them. 

Then when (y/n) was alone her ex Troy would come over and start talking with her. He would attempt to make moves on her but to no avail. 

Now it was the weekend which meant free time for her and the teams did whatever they wanted to. Things could either get better or worse. Of course with the current state of things (y/n) expected the latter to occur.

(y/n)'s pov

I forced myself out of bed and messaged Suga to let him know that I was still alive and hadn't died in my sleep. 'He's like a mom but cute and not extremely parent-like.'

I put on some clothes and decided to go out on a jog. I quietly went down the stairs and exited the house. I started running originally paranoid someone could be watching me but eventually I was no longer paying attention. "Hey! Well if it isn't one of my favorite people!" 

'Who could that be?'
