The night creep in, diluting the butterscotch sun in a sea of darkness, I was waiting by the bus stop. The words of profanity and graphic art spread around the splashboard. I saw jungkook walk past me, a necklace falling to the ground, the music in his ears filtering out his knowledge of the necklace falling out of his possession.

My fingers instinctively threading through the sterling chain, tracing their way to the pendant.

Flashback

A picture of me with electrostatic hair.

"Aw you look so adorable" he said, giving me his bunny smile.

"Stop!" I said.

A necklace fell from the book landing on the plush blankets.

"What is that?" He asked scanning the ring, pinched tightly in his fingers.

"The ring was one that I found by chance at the playground when i was younger, I put it on a necklace because i lose things easily" I explained. He placed the ring on my finger.

"Hm it seems to fit perfectly" He replied with a smile.

"You can keep it, I don't need it anymore" I replied. He obediently put the necklace around his neck, tucking the pendant underneath his sweater. Against his heart. His sleeve pulled back as he stretched his arms upwards revealing his blackened scar resembling a set of wings.

"There are so many photos in here, can't you just look at them with me?" He asked. I pat the plush blanket next to me, motioning him to sit. The book now gently placed into my hands. He pointed at image of a baby, milky skin and white dress with splashes of red and yellow.

"You must find this fun" I said

"It's nice seeing them" he replied as he continued to stare at the photo.

"You are still as beautiful as you were before" he mumbled.

"What did you say?" I said cheekily.

"Nothing" he denied.

"Say it again, I want to hear it" I said nudging him. He shook his head, continuing to deny his statement.

"Cmon Jungkook say it again, Cmon say it again" I chuckled nudging him to speak. I felt his hand grip my forearms and pulled me close to him.

My enlarged pupils now locked with his elusive brown orbs. He vigorously kissed me, each kiss hindering all my destructive thoughts. Each kiss, I grew desperate for as he moved his body closer to mine. My back collided gently against the bedhead. He released with a smile, only the unicence of our heavy breathes to be heard in the now silent room.
