Chapter 1

2 years later,

"Sana Unnie, can you get me some more coins?" I asked. She passed me a cylindrical assembly of coins.

"I can't believe we are doing this" she said.

"It's just one day plus, Junwoo will pay us" I said cheerfully.

"That guy keeps looking at you, I think he likes you! Ah he is actually so cute, you should date him" Sana said.

"It's ok" I said, my expression grew darker.

"I know you and Jungkook, but I think you should consider other people" Sana asserted. I gave her a hesitant look as I turned back to the register.

Male. A medium build, slightly muscular arms. Accentuated by his black t-shirt. My eyes tracing upwards towards his chiseled jawline. A necklace around his veiny neck, the pendant looked all too familiar. I was hesitant to meet his face.

"Excuse me, could I please order?" The voice said. My eyes grew wide as I looked up to meet his brown eyes.

"Excuse me, I would really like order now" he asserted. I nodded and quickly took his order and turned back around.

Uneasy. Unsecure.

I placed the warm coffee in Sana's hand.

"Why are you giving this to me?" She said confusingly

"Just do this for me" I begged as she scanned the room.

"That is jungkook?! Your ex boyfriend Jungkook?!?!" She exclaimed.

"Here is your coffee" Sana said handing his beverage.

"Excuse me but i would like to talk to the waitress from earlier" He asked.

"I'm sorry, she is a little busy, right now" Sana implied.

"That's ok, just her know that her necklace is tangled" He smiled as he left the cafe.

Flashback

I felt someone tap my shoulder and I turned in response.

"Your tag is out of place, it's tangled with your necklace" the guy said

"Oh" I replied. Before I could attempt, his fingers grazed my neck as he untangled the sterling chain from the blue lanyard. I felt a stinging sensation as his fingers brushed behind my ears.

"Thanks" I mumbled.

"Jungkook, nice to meet you" he said with a cheeky smile.

"Tzuyu" I replied back to him.
