I quickly ran towards him, following him through an alleyway. I heard distant chatter turn into loud insults and screams. I could hear the violent sounds of gravity bringing the Playstation Console towards the ground, after a vicious scream of frustration. All I could see was Jungkook as I dashed to hug him tightly and I closed my eyes. Arriving at the porch, he looked around in confusion and opened his clenched fist to find his necklace back in his possession.

My back pressed against the creased clothing hung up on the back of my bedroom door as I re-gathered my breath.

Droplets of condensation stroking and cupping my cheek, I pulled my hoodie over my head, I felt the mist soak through my hoodie giving me shivers. I felt a strong grip on my right arm pull me forcefully back. My back crashing into a solid structure, I felt a single droplet of water drip down from his messy hair to the crevices of my dimples. Rebounding from the forceful pull, as I turned to meet the eyes of the culprit, the hoodie fell revealing my pale face. A child's laughter and cheerful words to be heard that was once blocked out by upbeat music.

"Daddy look, I'm doing it, I'm riding my bike" I heard her exclaim.

"I'm sorry for pulling you back like that," Jungkook apologised. I found it difficult to comprehend a response.

'Woah she really is beautiful like all the guys say' he thought to himself.

"It's ok thank you" I replied. He continued to stare at me for a while before I decided to walk off. He grabbed me by the hand and his face expressing a sense of confusion and hope. I quickly let go and continued to walk, I longed for the warmth from his palm to contrast the icy breeze. The knowledge of his presence behind me began to induce nerves and fluttering feelings.

"I met you at the cafe, didn't I?" he asked. I gently nodded my head whilst turning back in response.

"So you are Tzuyu?" he continued to ask and I nodded. We continued to walk onto campus together.

" I guess this is my class" I quietly mumbled.

"Wait" he interrupted as he instinctively touched my wrist.

"Let's exchange numbers, and we can meet up when we have breaks" he suggested, without a word, I handed him my phone. His smile as he left was like a lingering scar on my heart.
