They were all in the Quantico in the BAU, It was like any normal day telephones ringing, people flying by with papers in their hands.
Spencer was playing chess by himself until Gideon came by and moved the piece around and got checkmate

"March, Uh, the next one was in May, and the third one wasn't until September, then two weeks later there were three in one night" Aaron answered looking through the files
"He's speeding up, Fires are closer together" Gideon says
"Hey Reid" Morgan called out to Spencer, "You got a statistic on Arsonists?"
"82% are white males between 17 and 27, female arsonist are far less likely, their motive is typically being revenge" Reid Explained still not looking forward.
Ariana sat still gawking at the boy amazed, Spencer turned her way, giving her a big smile (Like one of those big MGG smiles) Ariana quickly turning her head running her fingers through her hair
Elle seemed to notice this small interaction between the two and gave Ariana a smirk
"Sounds like our boy's a student" Derek said sounding sure of this analyses
"Don't be so sure, you rely too much on precedent, you never allow for the unexpected" Gideon said lifting his head up from his set of files
Ariana rested her head on Spencer's shoulder again allowing herself to get comfortable as Gideon spoke. She felt a large hand rest on top of hers, it was Spencer's, she squeezed his hand lightly and began to listen to Gideon

"Rapid escalation" Ariana spoke up
"He's gone from the power to damage a building to something far more satisfying" Gideon said
"The power over life and death" Gideon continued shaking his head
