"Hey Ariana" Derek says as the woman walked into the doors of the Bau, "Hey" she yawned
"Woah, what's got you tired, lil mama? " Derek asked laughing a little. "My mom, she's visiting from Boston, and I want everything to be perfect for when she comes because ..." Ariana says pausing Derek raises an eyebrow at the woman, " I don't know okay, she just likes to judge, especially about my love life,and it's annoying" Ariana finishes "She always like,'Ariana, ¿por qué no tienes novio, tienes 22 años' "Ariana says mocking her mother ( Ariana why don't you have a boyfriend, you're 22") Derek just laughs at the woman. Spencer walks up to Ariana with a smile plastered on his face "I got you coffee Ari" "Thanks babe, had a long night last night" she said to him with her hands resting on her face Spencer frowned his eyebrows "You went out?" " No, I went to buy things for my house, for my mother, because she's coming over, remember?" Ariana said taking a sip of the hot coffee Spencer brought." Of Course You Remember" Ariana exclaimed bring her hands to her face. " You have Edetic memory " . Spencer nodded at the girl before Hotch and Gideon came over with a new case. The Bau team sat in the conference Looking at pictures of Bomb fragments that were left from a bomb exploding in Florida.
"Pipe bomb" Gideon says while putting down a picture of a broken bomb piece. "Packed in cardboard boxes" Derek says also looking at the pictures "Packing Bombs" Aaron said "It was sent through the mail" Ariana adding on "No, the other picture in you hand is of the switch that ATF found" Derek explained while Ariana looked at the pictures closely " Same mechanism for both bombs,Mercury activated"
"What does this mean" Ariana asked looking down at Spencer's files "There contracts to a detonator on either end of bent tube full of mercury" Spencer explains looking up at the young brunette. "What is means is all you have to do is tilt the package to detonate it" Morgan also explains.
"So they couldn't have been sent through the mail. The bomber had to deliver them himself." Elle said looking around the room "Exactly" Derek agreed "Strange way to commit an act of terrorism, why go through all this trouble to kill just a few people?" Aaron added on "Lets recommend not raising the terror alert level for now. No reason to spread panic" Gideon told the group
"We got news" Said JJ walking into the conference room turning in the TV. " This is just a Local Channel, but the coverage is everywhere else now , CNN, Fox, MSNBC, Jazeera, You name it" JJ informed
"So much for not spreading it" Ariana says while running her fingers through her hair "According to doctors, HES badly injured, but stable condition in the ICE. Now neighbors say that they heard the blast at about 10:30 this morning, and police arrived...." The reported said on the television
"If DHS doesn't raise the terror alert now, They'll look weak" Gideon tell them "Make sure homeland security knows that this is everywhere" Aaron told Derek until a loud explosion occurred on the TV as they were leaving the room ,causing all heads to jerk in the direction. Ariana jumped causing Spencer to pull her into his arms. I just felt that !, Are you alright?!" The reporter said checking in the camera man "Looks like we're going to Palm Beach" Aaron informes Ariana groaned at this statement, shoving her head gently into Reid's chest, causing him to wrap his arms around her hesitantly. "She's coming tomorrow Reid" Ariana said quietly, looking up at Spencer "I know Ari" Spencer said patting her back while they made their way to their emergency bags they pack. ——————————————— Ariana walked out of the little small space of the jet with a cup of coffee in her hands, making her way to sit next to Reid. "Hey sexy" she whispered in his ear draping her hands over his shoulders, while bending down. Spencer shifted in his chair and looked down at his hands Ariana smiled at the boys actions "Bombing occurred within 3 miles of each other. First victim was a 74 year old widow, Barbara Keller." Hotch said showing them a picture of the old woman " 2 hours after that, Clurman got hit in his driveway, and 45 minutes later.. We'll, all saw that" Hotch starts again referencing the Events that took place earlier that day. Hotch continues with the victims approaching Gideon, " Jill Swenson, 34 Year old Housewife who lived across the street from Clurman. Of the three on Clurman survived" Hotch finishes
"Is there any connections between the victims?" Spencer spoke "One. Clurman was a partner in a $10 million condo development deal in which Keller was an investor, and a few weeks ago, The whole deal went bust" Hotch explained Ariana frowned her brows at this sitting up in her chair next to Spencer. " Went bust how?" She asked in curiosity while Elle sat behind her writing things down
"Geologists discovered that the land was on methane, the condos never got built, the land became worthless and Curlman lost a lot of people, a lot of money" Hotch said to Ariana
"Do maybe one of them would was mad enough to take aim at clurman" Ariana suggested
" Oh, Let's not get ahead of ourselves, it's a little too early to theorize about motive" Gideon said looking at the pictures of the crime scene. "The where do we start?" Ariana asked Gideon as she passed her hands through Spencer's hair. "From the beginning, what do we know about bombers?" Gideon said looking at Ariana
Spencer spoke up, " mostly males, loners, History of Criminal Activity. About 50% of all Bombings are actually the product of Vandalism" He exclaimed " And more often then not, bombers end up accidentally blowing themselves up, so the first suspects you always look for in a bombing case are the victims." Hotch added on to Spencer " Clurman was the only male, losing a large business deal like that it could be a powerful stressor" Elle suggested you the team " Well, then there's the crime scene.
