this is actually the same pic as the official borb pic- i just edited (and painted over) the borb until it was a dragon (and smoothed out the background). i decided to keep the very parrot-ish features because, well, if this rainwing can shapeshift then i think it can look a bit different than the usual rainwing lol here's a version without the crown:
