A/N: Okay I know you probably thinking why I'm not writing Unholy Matrimony: Part Two, but this idea had been a nuisance in my conscious for a long time. So I really want your feedback on this new story, and if I should continue it.

Thanks <3

The Lost Civilization

Deep under the sea, the city goes unseen

But little do we know that there is life underneath

Forgotten by most but searched for by few

Only those who are chosen are meant to pass through

The Guardians whose duty to protect have died

But the biggest threat comes from inside

Torn with the emotion of loyalty and love

His only chance of survival is getting help from above

Secrets are told and oath's torn

Voices who have been silenced now speak in forewarn

Death is welcomed as decisions are made

But it is not time to be afraid

  Chapter One: My Greeky Father

"A great civilization is not conquered from without until it has destroyed itself from within"

I wish I could of stayed mad at him forever, but I couldn't. Just seeing him get all giddy like a kid on Christmas dwindled all my anger.

I knew he just wanted to spend time with me. Ever since mother and him separated finding time to be with both of them without making them feel as if I was choosing one over the other, was proving tougher than I assumed.

He had just been given the thumbs up from his curator that he was allowed to bring me on his latest expedition. He didn't fail to mention that we'll be spending 30 days in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea looking for a non-existent island!

Oh, what a good way to spend my summer vacation...

“Oh honey this is going to be great. A real father and daughter experience”, My father said cheerily.

“Yeah, this is awesome”, I said forcing a smile. I didn't have the heart to tell him I wanted to stay in here in Portland.

Mom gave me a sympathetic look as she continued cleaning.

Although my mom and dad got a divorce they were still civil to each other. It was like a partnership in way.

“Okay I'll be back to pick you up tomorrow. Love yeah sweetie”, my dad said kissing me on my forehead. He waved goodbye to my mom before leaving.
