Four months had passed since Seo-Hee had released "Dally" and kissed Minho for the first time. They had started dating, until they both realized that they should focus on work, and that they were better off as friends anyway.
She had been working on her new EP since before "Dally" was even released and now it was finally ready. On October 16th, 2013, she had officially dropped her 2nd EP.
The title track "Noir" Meant a lot to her, the music video represented the pressures of social media. She really wanted to tackle this subject because it was important to understand what some people will go through to feel liked.
