alexiss's pov ( for like the third time, its coo doe i luvv youu :))
"MOVE ! ALEXISS I TOLD YOU TO WAIT DONT RUSH ME, DAMN" devin yells at me, as i stand in front of the t.v. we are supposed to be leaving, actually we we're been was supposed to leave two hours ago to go to my family event, he said he wanted to come and he knows this shit means alot to me right now.
"first off, dont fucking yell at me, you getting really bold there, and you said that shit an hour ago, when i got here and i let it slide. you know how much this shit means to me devin, and it's not you who they'll be yelling at." i roll my eyes turning away from him almost.
"aight,look, we not gonna be late...look im getting up right now" he says turning the game off and getting up.
i just scoff, "we're late already.." i say and walk out the door, walking to the car.
he really just pissed me off, now everybody is gonna look at me and he knows how my family is.
devin tried talking to me the whole ride to my moms house. but since he irritated me earlier he was not getting an easy talk outta me. nothing right now was gonna get me to talk to him.
when we arrived at the house i walk away from the car, i know i might be over exaggerating, but nah he really got me fucked up. i walked through the door and everyone started to hit me with questions and whereabouts.
devin then walk through the door and all the eyes to hit him, one thing about how dev is with my family is that they love him...even if im late because of him, they'll praise him and fucking argue with me...its just too much and i lowkey hate it but i mean thats what i get when i have a sexy ass boyfriend who everyone loves and who thinks is too good for me.
he knows how strict my mom definitely is, when it comes to be late to shit so ion even know why i let him get away with an hour.
i suck my teeth and push pass the crowd of people. here we go. "ALEXISS..!" i hear a voice scream from the opposite side of the house.
"yes ma'am" i say sarcastically, turning around with a fake smile on my face. "what have i told you about being lat—" i cut her off. "i know i know, and i tell you why but i know that you won't even listen or care as to why i was late." i roll my eyes
"roll ya eyes again, you know you aint too big to get smacked...?" (even though this child has neva got ha ass whooped in her life, lucky ass 😭) she says grabbing my arm harshly.
