in two days its gonna be my baby's birthday and i surpised him with a trip to dubai, he's been wanting to go there for the longest, it was originally planned for valentines day but i decided since its his birthday why not now.

"babe, we gotta be at the airport in an a few hours and you playin" he didn't even pack, and the things he did pack...was things like his toothbrush, his gel, his bodywash..he didn't even pick out anything to wear.

"yea i did, and you know i hate packing" i looked at him

"devin...your toothbrush isnt hard to pack, thats not even packing, you take a million years to pick an outfit on on the regular, why didnt you just pack when i told you too" i say going to his closet and pulling out different sets of outfits.

"because i got distracted...im sorry mamas" he says coming behind me and wrapping his arms around my neck.

"its okay, just- when i tell you to do something, just do it so we wont have this problem again" i say handing him some jeans.

"well damn, ill do whatever you want if you keep talking to me like THAT" he smirks and slaps my butt like twice.

"oh shut up" i giggle.

feeling the warm hot air of dubai hit my skin, it just was awesome...since we left at 12pm we got here 12 hours later which in that case is the next day, so tomorrow is gonna be devs birthday.

"this is so pretty, all the buildings, the people, i feel so out of place" i look at devin and hes amazed by the tall buildings

"we need to go sight seeing or some shit because, whattt !" he said laughing

"we're gonna do all that tomorrow, right now, im tired asf and i know its like 8am here but bae im sleepy as fuck" i say

"same, the jet lag is hitting hard"

we found our way to one of the hotels, i booked.

i mean i knew it was nice, but damn i didn't know it was THIS nice.

"brie..." devin stopped before we entered the luxurious hall, it was so pretty oh my goodness.

"yea, baby" i look at him and he looks at me

"HOW ?" he smiled and i smiled back

"don't worry about that right now, the only thing on my mind is making you happy"

"well you have definitely succeeded"

when we got our cute room key, it was actually a key instead of a card.

we entered the room and dropped our stuff down.

"lemme ju-" before i could say anything i was picked up and spinned around.

"god, i love you so much, and i appreciate everything you do, you really didn't have to do this, i would be fine just sitting at home eating junk food and watching movies with you would make me happy, but the fact that you went all out your way...i- i dont even know what to say but how much i love you mamas" he said and kissed me i felt him smile in between the kiss before i pulled back a little.

"i love you too" just seeing him happy especially when i know i made him happy is one of the best feelings ever. he always go out of his way for me even when he doesn't have to.

he puts me down, "okay, okay im tired forreal though" i say as i walk to the bed which gives a gorgeous over look of the beach right in front of us.
