I changed back into a big sweatshirt and shorts and fuzzy socks and then made my way to the living room. Madelyn was curled up on the couch, asleep. I frowned. I was hoping we could hang out. Maybe Drew's awake.
I walked to his room and knocked. "Come in!" I heard. I grinned and stepped in. "Gabs. Hey." He smiled. "Hey." I said. "Wanna watch Powerpuff Girls?" I asked hopefully. He blinked once. Twice. "What kind of- Obviously I want to watch Powerpuff Girls." He laughed. I clapped my hands and laid next to him. He played the show and we just chilled for hours on end.
"Is that my hoodie?" Drew asked. I pulled the hood up and tightened the strings, hiding my blushing face. "Maybe." I said. He loosened the hood and smiled at me, kissing the top of my head. "Cutie." He murmured, causing me to blush more.

I laughed as I continued to scroll through what could've been pages of fairy comments. They all cracked me up. Some of them the boys were tagged in and were, uh... Pretty inappropriate. But! Anyway.
I saw something Drew was tagged in and clicked it. Oh. A picture of him and Madelyn at the beach together. With a time stamp for only a few weeks ago. You know, I thought maybe, just for a second, Drew might like me. But clearly not. But whatever.
I walked into the kitchen to see Drew and Madelyn at the counter with Rudy, Chase, and Jonathan. "Boys!" I exclaimed, running and jumping into Chase's arms. "Hey bubba." He said, nuzzling his face into my neck. He gave me a quick peck on my head and then set me down, allowing me to hug Jonathan and Rudy.
"Criminal Minds marathon tonight?" Rudy asked. "Duh!" I giggled. Rudy was sleeping over again tonight. Fuck it, if Drew wants to get jealous he can come talk to me about it like a man. But until then, I'll be spending time with my best friend as usual.
