[THIRD PERSON]
11:45 PM.
Almost midnight, yet a certain boy was wide awake. The moon shone bright and there was not a single cloud in sight.
On nights like these, Shinsou usually visited this small café near his apartment. And that's also, where he was currently headed. It was nice that he was able to get some coffee at this time. Besides, the barista was also a little cute.
They way his green curls bounced with every step he took, his bright green eyes and a smile that lightened up everyones day. Well, maybe Shinsou had a little crush on the barista guy.Speaking of which, the greenette - Izuku Midoriya - greeted Shinsou with one of his bright smiles and a small wave. Shinsou returned the gesture and sat down at his usual spot next to the counter. Not even a second later a cup with hot coffee was placed in front of him.
»Just the way you like it. Dark as your soul.«, the young adult giggled. And Shinsou couldn't help but to laugh a little. Yet, Shinsou didn't fail to notice the tired look on the others face.
»What's wrong, Mido?«, concerned laid in his voice.
Midoriya let out a long sigh. »It's my father. He's out of jail.«
Shinsou knew of the greenettes past; his mother and Izuku himself suffered years of abuse from the scumbag. A few years ago, the man had finally went to jail but Inko, Izukus mother, had shortly died after due to a heart attack.
»Oh. Hm.«, was all Shinsou said before taking a sip from his coffee. »But he can't do anything to you. He's far away and even if he should dare to come near you, I'll protect you.«
Midoriya seemed taken aback by Shinsous words but was quickly to smile again, a faint blush on his cheeks.
»Thank you, Shinsou.«»Hitoshi.«
»H-Huh?«, Midoriya raised his eyebrows and leaned against the counter.
»Call me Hitoshi.«, Shin- I mean Hitoshi said, taking another sip of his coffee.
Midoriya smiled again, tilting his head a little. »Then call me Izuku.«
A comfortable silence developed afterwards, the only noise being the clock on the wall and Hitoshi drinking his coffee.
Still, the indigo haired male didn't fail to notice the barista staring at him. His face flushed a light shade of pink.»I-Is everything okay?«, Hitoshi asked, a little unsure why Izuku would stare at him.
Izuku smirked at the obliviousness and leaned forwards, to the point where his face was very close to Shinsous.
»You're cute.«, Shinso blushed an even deeper shade of pink, his lilac eyes wide.Izuku giggled in return and placed his hand on Shinsous cheek, his thumb gently caressing it.
»I-Izuku.. w-what-«, the male was interrupted by lips softly leaning against his own.
A quiet gasp escaped him, but it didn't take long for him to melt into the kiss. A second hand reached up to his face, placing itself on the other cheek.
Not long after, they parted again. Izuku looked at Shinsou, his eyes filled with love and something else, Shinsou wasn't able to lay his finger on.
It didn't take long for them, to connect their lips again. Somehow, Shinsou couldn't get enough from the taste of the greenettes lips. They were a little bit rough but overall soft and tasted like coffee.
The moment they parted again, Shinsou just stared at Izuku. »W-What?«
Izuku gave a warm smile before taking Shinsous hand in his. »Hitoshi Shinsou. I, Izuku Midoriya, want to ask you; would you like to be my boyfriend?«
Shinsou felt the heat rise up in his face, as he bit his lower lip, but slowly nodded. »I-.. y-yes. I'd love to be your b-boyfriend.«
