We could never be together

Shift has just finished and Andy was just sitting on the kitchen counter starring into space. She was starting to freak out the other shift. Jack walk into the kitchen and saw Andy. He felt so bad.

"Andy do you want to stay at my place tonight. We can order food and watch tv all night." Said Jack. Andy just looked at him and started to cry. Jack picked her up and carried her to the bunk room. "Why do people choose their jobs over the person they love." Andy said but Jack got confused. He was trying to think about who fell in love with Andy. Then it came to him. "Are you talking about Sullivan. He told you he loves you and then dumped you for his job." Jack said angrily. Andy was laying down flat and Jack was laying beside her. "Yeah basically. We kissed once then he said that it could never happen. That we couldn't be together because of our jobs. I told him that it was bull crap and he ignored me all week so I confronted him the other day and he thought I was accusing him of sexual harassment but I was just trying to explain that he fell in love with me. Then he said he loves me but we could never be together."  Andy said between sobs. All I could do is hold her because I knew exactly how it feels. I was in love with her but she didn't love me back. I moved on but I could never shake the feelings I have for her.
