Chapter 4. Just Not Now..

Y/n)'s POV) 8:30 am Sunday Morning

     "No!!" I jolted up, shaking out of my mind. "Damn nightmares.. Why can't I just forget it already.." I grabbed my phone and checked the time- 8:30 on a Sunday. "Well..at least I got a decent amount of sleep.."
     After a few minutes of wallowing in my bed sheets I decided to walk to my kitchen and try to scrounge up some breakfast for myself. My mom and dad were off on a business trip, that happens a lot around here.. As I rummaged around my fridge I finally found some milk I could pour into a bowl of cereal. Once I had gotten everything and sat down to eat, my mind wandered back to my dream. I hated that dream so much.. it's reoccurring.. it never leaves.. and it reminds me of how useless I am. I was just about to bang my head on the table when I got a text from an unknown number-

Hey (Y/n). What's up?

                                                                  Who is this??

Oh My bad.
It's Nishinoya.

                                         Ohh hey Noya. What's up?

Nothing really.

     After a few minutes of hating myself and texting back and forth with Noya, we decided to hang out at the park later. I bought myself some time just so I could get out of this funk I was in before I went to meet the guy I like. I finished my breakfast then went to find an outfit. "I could wear that.. you can never go wrong with a hoodie and some leggings." So that's what I wore. A hoodie and leggings. Nothing special.. I didn't really feel anything today anyway so.. oh well right?

Later 10:15 am

     As I was walking into the park I realized that no one was there. It was a beautiful day out yet, no one was here to enjoy it..? And not only that but I was supposed to be meeting someone here.. I questioned if I was even at the right park and sat at a picnic table I found. It was pretty cute, right under a tree too. It looked like a scene from a shoujo manga if you ask me but, I kept myself away from that topic. I got so caught up in my head that I didn't even realize Nishinoya had sat down right in front of me. "Uh.. (Y/n)..? Are you okay?" I snapped out of it then. "Oh! Uh.. yeah, I was just thinking about some stuff that's all.. Don't worry about me. I'm fine." "Okay then.. if you say so." We sat in an awkward silence for a few seconds before I attempted to break it. "So.. that Rolling thunder thing you did at the Nekoma Game.." "Yeah? What about it?" "Well.. I just thought that it was really cool! I mean the way you move.. not that I explicitly saw it! I-I'm just saying.."
     He laughed at my embarrassment. Then again I can't really blame him can I? We've barely known each other a week and I'm over here talking about the way he moves?! Anyone would laugh at that.. even Tsukishima! "It's fine. And you're not the only one"
"What do you-" "I've impressed tons of people with that move!" He grinned at me. Honestly, how could anyone not like him? He's great.
     After about an hour of sitting around and chatting with one another my mind started drifting back to my night terrors. Just the feeling I get from knowing all of that happened is enough to make me cry. That's almost what I did too, all until I felt rain splashing down on my head. "Oh god.. I didn't think it would storm today.." "(Y/n) it's not storming it's just rain. And we should probably get out of it." "Yeah true.. where do we go though?" This was actually a good question on my part, not gonna lie. "Well.. how far is your house?" "My house..? It's only a couple streets down.. why?" "Because we can go wait the rain out there. It's closer than mine would be"
     And just like that...My crush came to my house. I never thought this would happen. Never in my life, would I think that there would be a cute dude in my living room while my parents were gone. I'm beginning to love Karasuno more and more by the day! Once we got into the living room we sat on the couch "So where did you move here from..?" "Oh.. I actually moved here from Fukurodani.." "Wait seriously?!" "Heh.. yeah. Sorry I never told you.." "Don't be sorry about it! Those guys are cool!" Wait what..? Did he just say my old school was cool..? "Yeah.. maybe the guys you know.. the people I knew were jerks." "Oh I'm sorry.." "Don't worry about it."

Noya's POV

     What just happened..? It's like she just shut down... did something happen back there that made her move to Karasuno..? We're kinda far apart so it had to be something pretty important.. I don't wanna pry into her business though, that's just rude. Then again I'm kinda curious now.. "So why'd you move to Karasuno anyway?" She stared at me.. did I say too much..? Was I not supposed to ask that..? I didn't know. "I'll tell you about it another time. Just not now.." "Okay"
