Haechan sits on the couch in the garage, spectators are coming in and engines roaring can be heard. He has been sitting there for a while now, distancing himself from the loud crowd.
And all he was thinking of was Hanbyul.
It's night time but the neon lights Taeil and Johnny set up at the venue managed to illuminate her beauty earlier though she was just wearing a white graphic shirt and shorts paired with a white converse.
He wonders why she's here in the first place.
Does Hanbyul come to see his race tonight? Is she coming to support him?
'Heck- does she even know my name?'
He heaves a deep sigh, head in his palms. He should stop thinking about her now and focus on the race instead.
His usual opponents are up against him. He stands on his feet, walking over to his car as his hands reach for his keys in his pocket.
He raises a brow upon seeing a reflection on the window and it made him turn in shock. Hanbyul is standing right there, making him blink in confusion.
Hanbyul didn't say anything that made him tilt his head but then he saw her lips tugged upwards into a small smile. "So, you are the Fullsun."
Haechan furrows his eyebrows, trying to get on what she's talking about.
Hanbyul raises her palm, showing him a dangling sunflower keychain that his fans made for him as a sign of support on her index finger.
Haechan lightly chuckled, leaning his body against his car. "You are a fan now?" He manages to pull a smirk.
He didn't want to show that he's nervous in front of her and is taken aback by her beauty. His pride got the best side of him.
No one can expect him to have a crush on an innocent-looking type of girl, including himself and that explains why his fans dressed up like some badass.
Hanbyul then lent out her other hand towards him, a piece of gum in her palm. "Jeno asked me to pass this to you. He said you really need them and I don't even understand why he sends me here instead of doing it himself,"
Haechan rolls his eyes at that. Of course he knows his friend's intention and it looks like he's caught red-handed now.
Haechan takes the gum from her, unwrapping it and popping it in his mouth. The mint taste makes him feel calmer now.
