I love Bilbo he is fabulous, but he can be a bit scatterbrained at times. For example: at the end of DOS he says what have we done? I'm just sitting there like, Bilbo you done effed up! Why don't you get off your high horse and give the reins to someone who knows what they are doing.
You had one job, Bilbo! One Job! The instructions were simple, get in, get the Arkenstone and get out. Nowhere in those directions did it say wake up the big fire breathing dragon that wants to eat you. and what did you do? Woke up the big dragon. they even specifically stated NOT TO WAKE THE DRAGON!
Tbh i love Bilbo, but someone needs to put some sense into that little hobbit.
