Chapter 23

POV Maddie

Liam and I were now walking down the main streets of Wolverhampton, hand in hand. A couple of fans had spotted us and asked for autographs and pictures, which Liam gladly excepted. "Let's go in here" Liam said, pointing to a cafe "I used to come here all the time"

We entered the cafe and it looked like a small, cozy cafe. There weren't many customers which made it even better.

Liam and I then looked at the cabinet in the front and decided what type of pastries we wanted. We then walked to the cashier, where we were met with an older looking woman. "Oh my god, Liam!" She exclaimed, reaching over the counter and wrapping him in a hug.

"Hey Ronda, long time no see" Liam said, and she then climbed back over the counter.

"I didn't except to see you again once you became all big and famous" she explained.

"I could never forget about this place, of course I had to come back" he said.

"Anyway, what would you like to order" Ronda asked. Liam said our order and she nodded, typing it into the register. "That'll be £15" she said and Liam gave her the money "take a seat and someone will bring it out to you soon"

Liam and I then sat down at a nice table for 2 in the corner. "I love this place" Liam said and I smiled.

"I see why" I replied.

"I used to come here all the time" he said.

"I guessed that" I said and added a chuckle at the end.

"Alright, here are your 2 english breakfast teas and pastries" Ronda said, joining us again and placing a cup of tea in front of Liam and I and a plate of pastries in front of us as well. She then left and I started to eat my pastries.

"These are delicious" I said finishing them off.

"Yeah they are, that's why I always came here" Liam explained.

We then finished our teas and we left the cafe. "Hey, I have a place to show you" Liam said and I nodded.

We walked for about 10 minutes and we were now in a grassland area on the outskirts of Wolverhampton.

Liam started to walk toward a large trees in the centre of the grass and I followed him.

We reached the tree and sat down under it. "I used to come her all the time" Liam said.

"It's beautiful" I commented. I then turned my head and looked into Liam's eyes. He places his hand on top of mine and then slowly leaned down. Our lips met and he cupped my head with his hands. Liam then licked my bottom lip to ask for entrance, which I gladly gave.

Liam then pulled away and we looked into each other's eyes. "We should get back now" He said and I nodded. Liam got up first and then he offered his hand and pulled me up. He then intertwined our fingers as we walked back to the house.

We soon arrived back to see Geoff and Karen were sleeping on the couch and Liam, being the gentleman he is, went and got a blanket for them. Nicola was still passed out in her room so Liam and I decided to go into the backyard. It was still messy from last night but oh well.

We sat down at one of the tables and started to talk. "Let's play 20 questions!" I exclaimed and Liam chucked and nodded.

"Okay, I'll go first. What's your favourite colour?" He asked.

"Emerald, what's your favourite ice cream flavour?" I questioned.

"Chocolate, what is your heritage?" Liam asked.

"Dutch, what is your favourite sport?"

"Football, what's your favourite food?"

"Chocolate, if you could live in another country where would it be?" I asked.

"Australia, what's your favourite movie?"

"Lion king, what's your favourite colour?"

"Purple, who is your favourite boy in the band? Other than me" Liam questioned.

"Probably Harry, which is your favourite album you have recorded?"

"Up all night because it was the first album..." Liam said. We continued to ask questioned and we decided to go back inside.

When we walked in Karen was now awake but Geoff and Nicola were still asleep. "Would you like me to make dinner, mum?" Liam offered.

"Yeah that would be nice, that's Liam" Karen said.

"I'll help" I offered and Karen smiled.

"Thank you so much, I'm going to have a shower" Karen said, disappearing upstairs.

"What should we make?" Liam asked.

"Spaghetti and meatballs?" I suggested.

"Yeah that sounds good" He said.

We then got all the ingredients out and started to cook. I was boiling some water for the spaghetti pasta and I felt something hot hit the side of my cheek. I swiped it off and it was red and meaty. I looked over to Liam and saw him laughing. I then smirked and threw some pasta at him. He stopped laughing and was shocked at first and then started throwing more sauce at me and I threw more pasta and we were now in a mini food fight in the kitchen.

Liam then walked up to me and smeared sauce all over my lips and then leaned down and our lips connected again. He then grabbed my thighs and lifted me up and then placed me on the bench. He hands then gripped both side of my hips and my hands made their way to his hair.

He then bit down on my lip and a moan escaped my mouth and I could feel the smirk on his lips. "What's for din- woah" someone said as they walked into the kitchen. Liam and I both parted and looked at the door to see Nicola leaving the kitchen. Liam starts to lightly chuckle and my face goes bright red.

"That's so embarrassing!" I exclaimed.

"She's walked in on me doing worse" Liam said. I gave him a questioning look but then quickly dropped it.

"Let's finish dinner" I suggested and Liam nodded.

We quickly finished making the spaghetti and meatballs and we were all now at the table eating. I looked over at Nicola to see her smirking at Liam and I and I went crimson red in the middle of dinner. "Thank you once again for making dinner" Karen said.

"It was our pleasure" I replied.

We all finished our dinner and I took everyone's plate and cutlery and places it in the dishwasher. Liam then came into the kitchen and we started to wash the pots that were used.

Liam and I then entered the living room to see Geoff, Karen and Nicola all asleep on the couches. "Let's go to my room and watch a movie?" Liam suggested and I nodded.

He then led me up to his room and we decided we were going to watch 'Happy Gilmore'

Liam put the movie in the DVD player and then cuddled me in his bed as we watched the movie. I was beginning to get very tired and fell asleep in Liam's bed with my head resting on his toned chest.
