It's 5am and Ryan had another nightmare they knew it would happen when she saw her family she had a lot of flashback over the years but since she seen her mum and Ali she had a nightmare of her dad hurting Ali and her mum she shot up in the bed And shouts

Daan shots up out of her sleep at hearing Ryan's voice she knows that voice Ryan is scared

Daan hey baby hey am here calm down

Daan pulls Ryan into her and holds her talking to her to calm her once calmed daan asks what happened Ryan told her so daan knew Ryan wouldn't be able to go back to sleep so she looks at the time and sees it's 5am

Daan why don't we get ready and go down to the gym for a hour before breakfast then once it's the right time we can go see your mum and Ali to show you there ok how does that sound

Ryan thank you baby am sorry about all this again I didn't realise it would start the nightmares again

Daan it ok baby I knew it could happen why don't we go do the gym and stuff then we can call your doctor about it and see what she thinks best you grab your meds and I will get ready

Ryan gets up and takes her meds as daan goes to get changed Ryan grabs her shorts and sports bra and chucks them on just as daan come out the bathroom

Ryan nods and holds her hand out and daan grabs it they make there way down to the gym for the next hour daan going on treadmill and leave Ryan to do her workout knowing she need sometime to her self to come to terms with her nightmare she leave Ryan to it and runs for 30 mins before doing some weights once it's been just over a hour she looks over to Ryan and see the sweat dripping off her and the heat builds up between her legs she walks slowly over to Ryan once she gets in front of her she runs her nails up and down over Ryan's abs whiles bitting her lip Ryan sees the lust in daans eyes and grabs her hand they head back up to there room and as soon as the door is shut Ryan picks daan up and pins her to the wall kissing her and making her way down daans neck as daan digs her nails into Ryan's back they make quick to move over to the bed and lose the little clothes they had a on for the next hour they make love to each other just as they finish and lay and hold each other for the next ten mins before daan talks

Daan I love you too let's get dressed and head to see your mum and Ali before breakfast I think the team wants us both there they haven't had time to see you yet and viv misses her buddy her words not mine

Ryan ok baby and I miss my buddy too she had to go see her family so we didn't see each other for over a week now

They both get up and Ryan just chucks on some jeans and a sports bra the team used to her walking round like that she really hates tops since what happened with her dad as she always had to wear one to hide the marks and with the burn the tops use to stick to her so she will only put tops on when needed and there always loose on her

Once dressed daan makes sure to have a spare top for Ryan as they was heading to the door she notices a few nail marks on Ryan's back as well as a few hickey on her abs Ryan never hide them ever when there on her body she love that daan marks her as hers so she never tells the need to cover them up after all daan is her wife
