Other than this magical ability, Millie is ordinary; she is a petite girl, with long casscading blonde locks of hair that just reaches above her waist. Along with the bleached blonde hair, she has the stereotypical icy blue eyes that with one evil glance can pierce any other girls hopes or dreams or a longing guys heart.
Millie comes from a broken home, with divorced parents; both re-married, her and her 10year old, sister Sarah are used to a rich, high maitence lifestyle from both mother and father. Both living in large mansions in the sun and sand place of the world; Los Angeles.
Millie is certain her majestical power comes from her grand-mother, but dying when Millie was 4; she never understood her power or got to ask any vital questions.
